  7. more pics please should be sweet but 2 things that would bug me to tears are it will get in the way of the vents and that u loose the factory screen for a/c etc but good work son
  8. that is weird mate u sure 2 didnt bend any pins in the plugs when u fitted it?
  9. the ignition switch will have a 12volt ignition feed out that is on with the ignition and also while cranking just pick it up from there and fuse it! easy as, as for the colour I dunno of the top of my head mate! PHANTOM XR6 he doesnt mean it has to always be 12v as your rigfht during cranking it will drop to 9-10 volts but as long as the feed doesnt cut out during cranking the gauges can continue calibration. gauges dont need anywhere nere 12v to opperate anyway for exactly that reason
  10. on the under battery pipe mate just behind the drivers headlight. dont let him I <3 Bananas the ecu. u DONT have to open the ecu to check the signals going to it, sounds like he has no idea. any signal can be checked at the ecu harness connectors. id suspects he has over looked something and wouldnt let him rush into replacing sensors that where ok before goodluck
  11. there is a washer type setup u can buy to fix this prob dude ist specially designed. G lock I recon its called. someone should be able to assist further. u can get from ebay I recon. and I think one of our sponcers sells it 2
  12. yeah man when it goes up c wich way it rocks if it tilts forward the fronts the prob it it tilts back its the back dry lube is sh*t. u can do it with door trim on. get a can of silicon spray and spray in top corrners of channel both front and back so the spray runs down into the door. that's the go

I would imagine that u got the foam brhind the door trim caught on the rod that opperates the little knob in the top of the door trim. take it off and try again buddy, that's all it will be id say. as for the window try using some grafite powder in the balley channels where the window runs that should c it spring back into life(u can get it from a locksmith if u havent got it before) some people use silicon spray but that's not the correct thing to use and only works temp

  16. failing that take to an auto elec not ford and not a brake specialist. ive had trouble with the sensors in the past that's about all on the b series. get an auto elec to check for fault codes and write a list 4 u. hopefully it just codes one of the sensors then just replace the one it codes
  17. flames= unburned fuel in exhaust and is not right. have it checked mate
