It seems that the best solution is to test even brand new injectors, mine were new and one was suspect, after the fact (engine fritzed) I purchased some 3 new injectors to replace the suspect ones and found one to be suspect again, I have sent these back for further analysis by the wholesaler, so 2 out of 9 and 2 others that I am not totally happy with. The second new one also flowed 4 millilitres less fuel Mind you these were tested on a Flow test bench with glass cylinders and I personally observed ( best way) I dont want to answer your question because I dont know what to compare them to, however I did put 6 fresh Bosch injectors in and never had a fault with them. I run an ED Falcon Supercharged with a Vortech V2 T Trim forged CP pistons and Precision motorsport Rods running in on 270 Rwkw safe tune (rich). Also No problems Des Flurane...... I know your pain...
