vibration,incorrect globe voltage,oil off fingers and over charging(regulator) will cause blown globes.short cicuits shouldnt.put a volt meter on your battery and run the car.it should read between 13.8-14.2 volts.if this is ok then check the other suggestions.also make sure your not getting water in the holder.

alot of my mates are driving commodores.it seems every second car around freo is one.so after I had a small amount of work done to my ute,(300+rwkw)I thought I would let a mate who has a ve gts take it round the block.when he came back all he said was f***ing hell.he cant believe how hard it goes and he,s now trying too figure out how to get his gts too go as hard.

my bf mk2 is 5months old.just noticed a several weeks ago when washing it that tha paint on the rear bumper(ute) was bubbling in a 5cm radius.took it back too the dealer and there was no problem getting it fixed under warranty.just had too wait a couple of weeks for the ok from ford.

I must be lazy.went too coventry,s and bought the f6 air box base plus snorkel.cost 190 bucks all up.fitted in half an hour including the 3rd bolt under the snorkel.

well after a bit of searching on this forum I decided to get a typhoon air box and snorkle.fitted it in about half an hour and had no trouble putting the third bolt in under the snorkle.dunno if it will make much difference as I already have 300rwkw but I guess it wont hurt.the more available air the better.got the parts from coventry in perth.no drama,s about vin.no. or anything.next on the agenda is brake upgrade and clutch.

15psi.the tuner told me to get a few more k,s on it(3000 currently)and they will get more out,but at this stage its got more than enough.theyre telling me probably another 20-30kw at 10000.but I think for myself its enough now.having trouble getting power down in first 2 gears.
