Gday Guys, Looking to get a new exhaust ive been looking at the xforce systems and have come up with this 4 inch dump into 5 inch cat into 2.5inch twin system....(loud version) Does anyone run this setup does it sound nice? how much is this setup likely to cost. Also is there anything similar that is not stainless steel to keep costs down Cheers

I was thinking the same I emailed the seller to see if they are made or could be made as 20 inch as I couldnt go back to 19s....

Never really been up close and personal with an intercooled car so I have a question does the cai run straight off the left side of the I/c and the right side straight to the plenum. Now theres a really goood chance im wrong so can someone correct me please :D Cheers troy

Good Morning Fellas, Mate of mine just purchased a T september 04 to be exact and seeing as im the resident mechanic he asked me to devise a list of mods for him...now I dont know anything about the newer fords....until of course I found this site. I have come up with this thus far...of course it all wont be done at once. Flash Tuner (obivous starting point I guess with generic tunes) Exhaust (Not idea what is best to do in this depo or how much) Process west stage 2 I/C (this looks like its good bang for buck) CAI (Again no idea on this one I seen the process west one it looks alright not sure what its worth though) Valve Springs (Heard Nizpro are good for this not sure on the price again though) injectors (siemens Probably no sure which ones though suggestions also price please fitted) Plenum Kit (Like the look of the nizpro one but also the process west one looks nice but its about performance what do u guys recommend and how much is it fitted) Custom Tune (Probably headsex im in the melb area is there anyothers that come as highly recommend...some prices would be nice ) Soo that's my shortlist not sure if ive missed anything here... would be great if someone could give me a few prices of those things fitted and also some recommendations. I know what you mean....cant loook left or right these days without seeing an vr/vs clubby or ss or somesh*t commonwhore.... im thinking I might just get an XR6 T but the one with the phoon parts in the engine....after june 04 I think....does anyone know if it has the phoon valve springs?

How long do you think it will be before we see phoons going for 30k and below?

I already have a house which it being rented for more then the repayments which is where I get a litlle bit of extra money from but that's also why I dont want another loan...:( I really shouldve got an offset account when I got the house loan :( Can I lease a car though is that an option? did it add much to the cost of the car?

haha I liked the sound of a lease because if I can save enough for the payments.....the 10000 over 5 years is jack all to me.

no no no your all missunderstanding im not hard pressed for money I just need a new car asap lol I earn 700+ a week and live at home with no costs money is no problem ive been saving for a while hoping that my current Expensive Daewoo sh*t heap would last but it didnt so now im stuck. I can afford 500ish a week which is what ive been putting away but I can afford to be without a car for much longer or ill lose my job and income.... insurance isn't a worry got quoted 1200 in my mothers name with me as the main driver because of some discount to do with rating ones and having the house insurance with the same company.
