  1. This is kind of a revenge story - depends what side you are on... My next door neighbor kept having his wheelie bin run over the night before rubbish day - by kids in cars. Most of the time it would smash the bin into little pieces and he would have to ring up the government and get them to deliver a new one. Then it started happening every single week. He let it go on for about a month and then he got fed up with it…. On the fifth week, he filled the bin (240lt) 3/4 with sand and the rest with water! This thing must have weighed a couple hundred kilos. He wheeled it out at night like he normally would and left it on the curb. At about midnight the whole street was awoken to the greatest crash, bang, we had ever heard! I went outside to investigate and found my neighbor in the middle of the street laughing, and trying to abuse two teenagers running down the road. The remains of their Nissan pulsar was strewn across our street! It was crushed up to the engine and must have been a complete write off!!! It was one of the funnies things I have ever laid eyes on! It took em half a day to remove the car and the assorted parts - via tow truck! Needless to say – it didn’t happen again!
  2. My money is on either a Territory Turbo... or a Turbo Territory..??
  3. Sounds sweet! Sorry for the ignorance, but what cooler and intake have you got? Also, what BOV are you running? Sounds awesome! and put some petrol in you tight arse!!
  4. You might have already seen it but - here is some pics...?? http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...c=40314&hl=
  5. Sorry guys. I got the CD - thanks heaps Rob. I havent even had a chance to look at it yet. Been sitting on my desk for two weeks! I'll try to get round to it this weekend
  6. Remove the center muffler and replace with straight pipes. Sounds awesome, but won't get you in trouble with Mr Plod. There is no drone. If you do the rear one, it drones heaps. Only cost me $120 from the exhaust joint.
  7. Yep - Sat for sure. Start at 9am, leave at 10pm and then cruise to Braddon. (if your not too belted that is) You will see a nice mix of everything on Sat.
  8. Yeah - pretty much anything you can buy off the shelf in Aus won’t cut it – especially if it’s in a can or bottle. You might have to go to one of the special beer cafe's. (we have a couple here in the ACT) I lived over there - but I don't really like beer so it wasn't much use to me! Other than Oktoberfest! I remember finding a full bottle of Bundy rum on the shelf of a bar in Switzerland! It was like Christmas for me! The barman didn’t know what it was or how to drink it. I had to explain that it was mixed with coke. I ending up having the whole bottle! And as Ozzie said - most of the stuff over there is 10% ++ We had beer in Belgium that was 23%... Gives a new meaning to: two pot screamer!
  9. If you drink most of the beers made in Europe (and I mean actually made there, none of this wan*er beer that people buy here and think it is from over there - I.e - Heineken in a bottle...) they are made with no preservatives and they don't give you a hang over. It sounds funny, but you can drink as much as you like and feel fine the next day! Try - Leffe Blonde, Leffe Brune, Tripel - Belgian and German beers are the way to go. Also - for those who drink water before going to bed... try drinking cordial. The water hydrates you and the sugar gives you a nice energy boost and makes you feel better.
  10. Big bacon and egg roll and a boost juice. Tropical storm to be precise!!
  11. You guys are being a bit harsh aren't you? Here is my car from a formal the other night...
  12. You can fix anything with the right tools... But if you can't find these ones, I would go with Envy's idea. Same thing happened to my old car!
  13. Its an easy fix but you will need some special tools: A long weight A tin of compression Two skyhooks Some rainbow coloured paint A set of metric adjustable spanners A left handed screwdriver and a tin of scotch mist
  14. Oh thanks mate. Champion!
  15. Once a year - sh!t!! I'm way up on the average! I race enduro and motocross and come off all the time! They tell me that if you don't fall off you're not going hard enough. I say - that I'm just a retard! I hit a tree last weekend on some tight single track at about 50km/h. I went over the bars and only got a sore leg and that's it. Yep - I'm a retard for sure! Glad to hear your ok - Scotty!
  16. Yeah I figured as much. I have several ways of getting around it but I will probably need it sent to me. I wanted a BA workshop manual so if your willing to email it to me Greeny, I'm willing to crack it and sent it back to you.
  17. Depends how it is protected. First question - What format is it in...? (PDF, Word, Excel(doubt it) or what)
  18. Sorry to do a bit of hijacking... but I will anyway... I heard somewhere that the red XR's had a blue turbo badge? Can anyone with a red car confirm or deny? I've been trying to keep an eye out but can't confirm. I wouldn’t mind a blue badge for my blue car.
  19. I have a BA MKII and my mate has a BF MKI. I have premium brakes and he doesnt. We both recon mine pulls up way better. Also, looks tops. Im not sure of the difference in the size of the rotors however
  20. Penny drops... light bulb flicks on..... Mine would be Yr10 - the girl is a friend of the family. I might cruze out to see the Yr 12 anyway. I'll race ya... Either way I'll get
  21. owww....? I could have sworn it was Makillop but my drop off is at Rydges Lakeside.... Better confirm - trust me to be going to the wrong place! hahaha
