I have recently bought a o3 XR6t auto. I tried to remove the cover of the shifter last night and this is the result. It snapped in half. I have bought a new one but just want someone to tell me how to remove it when the new one comes without breaking it any more. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brendan

Hey just a question. I bought a BA 03' XR6T a few weeks ago now and was told at the time that it had been tuned. A friend has since told me that I should have recieved the capa box with the car or else I can not change the tune. I contacted the bloke and asked him about the box and was told that the guy that tuned his car was doing it on the dodgy and was buying one box and using all five lives of the box on different cars. I suppose he was making more money this way. Problem is that the box is not with the car now. I will have to buy a new flash tuner now and have the car tuned but in order to do this do I have to flash the car back to stock before I can upload the new generic tunes off the new box. Hope I have explained myself properly. Any help would ba appreciated. Thanks Brendan

I have a black car and apparently it can be quite hard to see even in the day. I found out first hand yesterday when a camry pulled out on me whan I was about 10 metres away and nearly wrote my car off in the first week of owning it. I would have cried and cried. Just a safety thing for me. Just mekes me feel better about driving.

hey I have just bought a 03' BA xr6T and I have question. During the day sometimes I have the headligts on. When they are on the premium sound screen goes to the white on black darjer screen and it can be hard to see. Is there a way to keep the screen on full brightness with the headlights still on. Any help would be appreciatd/

Picked it up a few days ago and gee what an upgrade from my 2.2L camry. I get so excited every time I get to drive it now. Geeez she chews some juice though, May be cause I have had to show everyone how she goes. Cant wait to make it to a cruise. Thanks for all of the comments

I can not wait for the day. I was lucky enough to go to the dyno day at autotech the other week and wet my appetite there. Cant wait to see them all together. Would be an awsome sight to behold.

After weeks of searching I finally drove across the car of my dreams today and put down a deposit quick fast. She is a 2003 BA XR6T, Full leather, Prem sound and a nice set of 20z, the guy alredy had the flash card and apparently now all I have to do is have it tuned to suit. Looking forward to annoying the crap outta some of you about the T. Cant wait till my first cruise and meeting some of you in person. I cant believe I have to wait 10 days or so for finance to come through. It will bne the longest 10 days ever.

Just joined and heard about the site through friends. Looking forward to owning an xr6t in the near future.
