A friend has purchased a 06 ex cop XR8 and he got a cat back 2 1/2 system with "hi flow" muffler. He has reported that his engine light comes on now and then. I thought this would be a result of the higher flowing zorst. He has no intention of doing more work to it other then a K&N. My recomendation was; 1) Get a capa flasher with generics (should fix the engine light issue) he is tight for cash at the mo.. 2) Get a flasher and a custom tune. My question is will generics be sufficient to fix the problem? Ozzie

I agree with Pat, if you do the cooler and your getting the custom tune, it is worth while doing the UBP trust me. PM Alex (Plazmaman) he usually has them on hand, his at Whetheril Park so you can pick one up with an hours notice. The UBP is easiest to fit while the bar and cooler are off. Ozzie

When I was in Turkey on holiday I used to drink Tuborg Red 600ml Cans, around 10% alcohol, 2 cans and you were happy for the night.. next morning... nothing...no hangover at all. The man has a point.. only problem is finding the good stuff.

I only drink Pure Blonde It's not so much a headache but more of a heavy head. I think I need more Ozzie

Big night last night, work this morning.... With the festive season here thought this might be useful info. What is you best hangover cure? When I had the cafe I would make myself a hamburger with egg & cheese and have that with a Banana, Mango & Apricot Juice - fixed it every time. Ozzie

I wish Ford took a leaf out of Japans car manufacturing book. Passion leads to quality... With the Falcons it seems that anything I touch has a tendacy to break or come of easily. My Brother in law has a brand new Calais V series which has been back to Expensive Daewoo 8 times in the last 3 months. Only problem with Jap cars is availablity of parts. Looking forward to the pics of Pat in a GTR. I got into an FTO once and almost dislocated my knee... and I hit my head on the way out, and I'm a shortarse compared to you giants... Ozzie
