I don't have a problem with them catching those who are obviously putting other lives at stake. What I don't understand and this is what they are hunting are the poor blokes that have a momtary lapse of concentration and the techo goes over 10ks in a 60 zone. I am sure everybody on this forum has looked doen at the speedometer an noticed that they were doing 10-30ks over the speed limit. Not intentionally or not for any reason but purely because their eyes are on the road and not their dash. Unless you set your speed alert on each new speed zone there is no way to counteract this. My idea which I have had for years now is that all new cars are fitted with a device that picks up the speed zone (Which is transmitted from Speed Limit Signs - solor powered of course). The Device then alerts you when you go 5 kph above this limit. This way people know when they are speeding and drivers eyes are where they should be... on the road (or footpath if theres a hot chick there). This is the only fair solution I could think of. Surely the government has earnt enough money from fines to invest in a system like this. Ozzie

The main aim of coppers should be to show presence of the law and decrease the amount of speeding that occurs. Instead these clowns purely go around revenue raising and driving nice cars in the mean time. Ozzie

Mate you have a few other restrictions before you get to the fuel pump. Cat, intercooler then fuel pump. I think most are using walbro. Power wise I'd say around 270-280. Ozzie

Mate I sold my T with 281rwkws and auto for $26,000. It also had 50K on the clock. Good luck buddy. Unfortunately you don't get much return on your mods mate. You just got to find a buyer who is as keen about cars as you - that is the hard part. Ozzie

From my understanding when you load you generic tune the first thing the flasher does is save your factory tune on box then loads the selected file. Are you sure you followed the load sequence correctly? Ozzie

Be careful with the phoon rims, some cars it just doesn't go... Yours should look fine with ssl on the back. BTW can you pm me pics of your rims and cost. Ozzie

None taken mate I never knew how bad the support was for N/A modders compared to T. We get no love from Tuners either by the looks. Oh well looks like I'll install the CAI + K&N and maybe Generics (if I can find a Tuner that does one to increase power and economy). I'll wait till the end of the year before doing anything else. I sold the T as I have no self control and I needed some extra cash. Also I never had the time to actually utilise all that power, take it to the track etc. The N/A is more tame and not as thirsty. Ozzie I
