  6. If there is one left...I'm in too !!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Yeah mate I got mine in the pod.....I just attacked the two little screw prongs on the bottom with a dremel and took about 1-2mm off the bottom....got both my pressure guages in that way...
  8. Yeah....but you would need to perhaps put the 90 degree elbow on a 45 degree angle towards the centre of the tripod....if that makes sense.... 0 0 0 <---Gauges \ / <---Elbows on a 45 degree angle....
  9. WELL....... I went to CMP and chatted with the lads there.....and I got 3 SpeedFlow fittings and "YES" they give a 90 degree bend off the Mechanical gauges... Part No. 914-02 90 DEG M/F PIPE ELBOW Fits on the back, but I haven't had time to connect everything else up.... - Kilmo
  10. Coming from experience in my line of work....what one complains about these days never seems to add up to what is actually happening.... To be so quick to judge based on age (and I'd be assuming car too) is highly critical of todays youth....I see old people speeding, middle aged people speeding, young people speeding....everyone does it...whether it's 1,2,3,4,5,45 kmh over the speed limit..... I speed....I'll admit it...I go 4 - 6kmh over the limit...just enough to not get caught or charged for speeding....but I do it.... My honest opinion is go talk to them....if you don't want to go down the road of the smartarse letter....try and come to a resolution if you feel hard done by, or they feel like they are being victimised (to whatever extent).... You'll more than likely find they are the type of people who sit and watch tv all night just to find some guy looking at Miranda Kerr online and ring in to Channel 7 and complain.... Nothing helps misery like spreading it around....
  11. Sorry mate....I haven't had a chance to get to CMP to find out about them.....I will make it my priority first thing in the morning mate On my way to work I will swing past and find out
  12. Did the boys in blue visit your house ??? Maybe you didn't leave enough milk and cookies over xmas for them..... Leave them a nice note telling them you thank them for looking out for the safety of the street and that you'll be making note of everyone elses activities, including them, to ensure the safety of the street from now on..... Usually if people are aware they are being watched they tend to leave other people alone.
  13. Just to sort out my problem.... And I feel like an idiot....I didnt insulate one of the spade connectors on the back of one of the gauges....(hangs head in shame), hence why it was shorting out...... All fixed on that aspect....gotta goto Chris Mills tomorrow to order those adapters for the 90 degree bend....
  14. Hey mate.....I never said what colour.... Can I grab the red ones ????
  15. What and where did you upgrade your stereo too ???

  16. Roger that..... I got them all wired up but.......no luck (or lighting for that matter) It seems to be blowing the fuse.....well first the 7.5A, then the 10A...... I dont know if I should keep putting fuses in for it to blow....lol... Has anyone else had this problem with the Cobalt's?????? On a side note....went to Conventry's and they dont have the adapter....and from what I've seen on Autometers website there are 90 degree elbows available through them....I'm going to Chris Mills on Monday to order 2 for me....I'll let you know how much they cost....
  17. LOL.....I have exactly the same problem.....Anyway.....My plan is to bend the spades down and get the connectors from Coventrys tomorrow....will let you know how I go with that.... As for the nylon tube connector....I'm gonna see if there is a 90 degree elbow that I can use on the gauge.....
  18. I bought these gauges before some bastard ripped them out after breaking into my car.....Wiring to the gauges for lighting is required, if you have Oil Pressure, then a sandwich plate or other form of obtaining the reading, oil temp came with the sensor, and boost required a "T" Connector for tubing from your BOV (if I remember correctly) But I'm pretty sure ozegauge is currently out of business...temporarily I assume...says so on their website...
  19. Hey mate.... I sent my payment and address details through but you haven't added me to the list.....
  20. Unlucky man......certainly is a sad sight :(
  21. Yeah I'm still in the early stages of the whole proxi thing.....but if it works, you guys will be the first to know
  22. As the topic suggests, I'm looking to install a push start button to replace the turn key, and then eventually install a proximity card device for locking/unlocking/starting the vehicle..... Are there spots on the dash you can't install it ?? Or is the only spot where the FPV button goes ?? I've never pulled a BA dash out before or seen behind one, so before I go ripping stuff out I just wanna check what I can and can't do.... Any help is greatly appreciated.. Cheers guys, Kilmo
