Be sure to read all your policy paperwork including your PDS and all endorsments. I can 99% gaurantee that, should an 'at fault' claim arise with you behind the wheel, they will be asking a great deal of questions. As the vehicle is in your name, they will have no hesitation to scrutinise your claim to endth degree and suggest that you have breeched their 'disclosure' clause.
