    well atleast u dont have to worry about cv's this time around :-) yeh like said before stick to the standard diff. I saw this advertised as well, make sure u run it up on the dyno to make sure everything is fine with the tune before you go thrashing it, it will save you some dollars.

    Enjoy the new power :-), and I agree with the above comment, get a half decent cooler, it will help a fair bit being consistant and keeping it away from the danger zone of high inlet temps.

    yes I was referring to the convertor lock up in 3rd gear on a btr 4 speed, as there is one at 60km/h. Its all good, I got the jist of it now.

    ok sorry was just trying to see if the comparison was with 3rd gear overdrive or not, (like the ba 4 speed auto)

    MPH could also be taken into consideration the HP you may have, but u cant compare different ppl on different dynos. Also what cooler are you running, as airtemps can play a part in your loss of mph.

    Went on down the inland hwy ( newell hwy) and just missed 2 kangaroos and one emu, got home at 11 pm and started work at 7am the next morning..,, Never Again !!!!! Lol

    More timing with racefuel or a e85 set up and you wont have to be as worried with the ba rods demolishing the block

    I picked up my ute from Yepoon Qld and drove straight to Melb, only stopped for fuel. 2000kms and 18 hrs straight, actually was off balance when I jumped outta the ute.

    It is a shame we always have to rort back to 1960 1970's transmissions, theres gotta be a way where a 4 speed or 6 speed auto can take the power and have a smooth ride everyday.

    I overheard something that 2 more manufacturers are coming into the touring car groups , maybe someone can confirm, about time though its too boring with ford and holden.

    Nothing can beat a aftermarket cooler... The trans pan would be better suited with a trans cooler but wouldnt just choose the pan on its own.

    Yeh autotechnique was the first tuner that touched my ute 3 yrs ago ... First problem was there walbro intank install, I ran out of fuel at half tank , they didnt fix the problem totally second attempt, the tune was pinging at light throttle, and after that attempt to fix it, it ran 10.00 afrs at wot, and was a pig to drive , plus they said I didnt need valvespring upgrade in a 05 xr6 turbo, so wasnt a pleasant experience but that was a while ago now
