You must be using the aftermarket Expensive Daewoo pcm to get that much gain. Let me know when its run in,looking forward to see it really get pushed on the dyno.
I Know years ago theyre dyno readout was pretty low, maybe just go run it up on another dyno like pitlane, and compare rwkw. If its pretty close then id be getting it retuned , that's too much boost for that power level on a manual car.
To get a camshaft with the lumpiness, your talking atomic stage 4+ cams, hardly a cheap upgrade and they wont do much other than lump and chew fuel , theyre designed for guys running large turbo and alot of boost.
Dont bother with the 3" your better off going 3.5 as a minimum. I had a 3" straight through and its definately nowhere near as good as a 3.5 system, youll be changing it at a later date so might as well do it once, not twice.
I have 16" stockie rims widened 3 yrs ago , your maybe better off going to a 15 inch rim, that way if your ever want to run full slicks, then its much easier and cheaper to purchase a 15".
Trying to find one with a solid service history goes a long way , as well one with not over the top high kms. Ive had my BA mk2 ute for 4 yrs, and has never let me down.
