  9. The best thing you can do is a trans cooler and valve body mod if you want to do it on the cheap.
  10. I just went 11.2 on the std motor (100oct) and got it built so I didn't have to worry about it going bang, as this is my only car and I use it for work. If it was a garage car I would of definitely tried for more boost and timing. I would highly recommend E85 if your going down this path, a high octane fuel will go a long way to preserving the engine a little longer. My 11.2 was with the std intake and crossover too, so a better intake would go a long way also, but also your weight reduction should sh*t it in ALLMTR.
  11. This has been covered already, do a search and youll find your answer.
  12. Well that may be your problem with the convertor bolts coming loose.
  13. Could also be vibration making them loose, loctite doesn't work all the time there's another type of glue I can't recall the name off that is good for high temperatures. Type of bolts also used can also be the problem, just one of those things you have to try and see.
  14. I bought mine second hand very cheap off a forum member, stage 2 kit minus the intercooler for $1500
  15. Goto ford if you want a genuine item
  16. Some e85 is pump fuel, such as united servos. Not sure if they sell it in Adelaide.
  17. He doesnt want to spend 8k just for a bottom end by the sounds of it, and that warranty he offers isn't worth sh*t.
