    Ive done 120,000 kms on my 4 speed, and have only changed the planateries this year, Phil from bayswater showed me the bands and are still like new and put them back in. Coming up to 5 years in December and still going strong.

    At the end of the day... I'm sure Rodney would prefer a big fat cheque from housing developers. As you know they can subdivide that land in tiny 500sqm blocks and sell them for $250-$300k. Add all that up with how much land is there, and you will end up with quite a nice figure. I seriously doubt there will be some upgrades done, there's only so many times you will say no to developers, as they've been hounding him for years.

    My diffs factory std, 4 speed was built 5 years ago and still have the factory turbo on it . You need a really good cooler, plenum while your at it, airbox as well, fuel system upgrade, turbo flap mod , actuator changed, stall convertor, 3.5 - 4 inch exhaust, 4 inch dump pipe. Your looking at about 11k if not more just there, plus you need a good tuner. Also costs for tuning and labour to fit all the parts. May have missed something but I'm distracted with some great porn at the moment.

    That's one very clean Capri, and to have it all engineered is even more rewarding. Good stuff mate, living my dreams :-)

    Ive tried it about a year ago.... I think you need an aftermarket cdi... as the spark isnt strong enough to ignite it properly, and that's with a very low gap also.

    Diffbush My 4 speeds built, in 5 yrs the only thing ive changed is the planeteries, and 2 stall convertors.
