Yeh very happy with it, even more happy that it's still a 100'000km plus factory turbo. Ive only seen Dions ute with a factory turbo and nitrous net 10.2, so I believe this is the quickest factory gt3582 with a single form of boost. I think Daniel is one hell of a tuner to achieve that.
Will definitely be interesting seeing the results with the new rear end set up. As for the rest, most will have hiccups on a new setup, just have to iron out the small bugs.
So much better to buy something already done, get the motor checked before purchasing by a reputable workshop, even throw it on the dyno to check the tune that's in it. If he wants to sell it he wont have any hesitation if he has nothing to hide. I'd definately get it for that price, pity its a manual.
No 4 link, that's in your ute..lol, these slicks helped a heck of alot. I was watching the gopro video last night, stalling up at 3200 before nailing it, and boost goes from 15-16ish to 20 once I get my foot off the brake.
Yeh well it managed a 1.58 at Heathcote so I was expecting a little better at Calder Park, but not a 1.48 haha. The rim is a custom steel 15"stockie widened to 8" I think. The tyre is 28 x 10.5 hoosier slick .
