That 15% difference is huge, veva would of been struggling to get it to the tuners... Lean isnt the word... I prefer lean as I <3 Bananas

Your best to get a cooler fitted for one,next thing is some tuners can also kill the box itself, not every tuner can make these boxes last very long, also take it to a trans shop that has done quite a few of them. Search the forum or ask people that have had 4 speeds rebuilt. Bayswater transmissions and Yarra Valley are the only 2 you can use with confidence in Melbourne. Mines still going after 5 years, only broke the planateries middle of the last year and it was a $600 fix with parts and labour, nothing else was replaced as its still in great condition.

My 05 Ba ute is at 147,000kms.... One 4 speed trans rebuild, 2 lsd rebuilds, 1 driver side window reg. I bought it at 7500kms.

Im guessing 418rwkw if the intake doesnt restrict, alot more timing will be added throughout the whole rev range. You will freak how responsive it is when you pick it up. How many jerry cans did you get for the dyno? 4 would be the minimum depending how long he spends on the dyno.
