  5. good point our06t , you can check actuator by regulating air pressure to 10 psi , connect a suitable blower attachment from air compressor or similar and see if you have actuator movement! personally I would fit a stronger actuator as mine on 10 psi tune would only hit 7psi for 1 or 2 seconds and drop to 5psi until I put a 12 psi actuator $120 supplied only Adelaide Turbo service , took me about 1.5 hours to fit .... R+R.. heat shrouds , dump pipe, remove actuator hose, 13mm 1/4 drive with 2 long extensions to remove actuator from bracket, small straight blade screw driver to remove circlip from flapper ...carefull its a small circlip that can drop into engine mount recess ! a mirror was also used to relocate circlip and larger straight blade screwdriver to push it on completely , I must admit this was tedius and was done on a hoist. hope this helps
  6. I will vouch for springs falling out , I bought my T written off , the previous owner had the right rear spring fall out and crashed . I dont think he will do that again or maybe he will ?????

  8. low boost , don't worry it wont effect it ,like AJN said Las Vagas Hooker you want em tight !! MMM contradiction Vagas Hooker & tight in the same sentence LOL Smarty
  9. yes I have , if you have a lot of patients and about 1 & 1/2 hours , it can be done without removing turbo p.s a hoist would be the go Smarty
  10. where are these bolts?? might see if mine are loose cheers smarty
  11. I would put my money on actuator... try a 7 psi actuator it will hold boost steady for 10 or 12 psi. standard actuator is rated at about 3 or 4 psi but sometimes if your lucky for a while you will see 10 psi
  12. update part number BA2 6513 A spoke to my tuner these valve springs come from 06 bf 2 typhoon he has got 450 rwkw out of these not bad for $163 trade cash maybe a group buy from FORD better price LOL......sorry I have stich now
  13. good to hear you got your car back Felix. 2 weeks for that little repair f@ck no wonder your hesitantin taking it back in a hurry its in the best interest for the repairer to fix any problems though maybe you could tell them (repairer and insurance company) whats wrong with it and agree to fix at a more convenient time , or see if the repairer will loan you a free loan car ( of your choice of coarse.....LOL) mate it only took me 4 weeks AFTER hours to fix my xr6t right off that I bought online from pickles Sydey, from Adelaide friday morning ,delivered to Adelaide following wednesday.... 4 weeks later ..
