Ok.. I race a saloon up here in Queensland that I bought from Adelaide and its cam log books have Malala stamped everywhere so I assumed the Saloon Cars raced there reguarly. Great track from the footage I have seen on you tube.
still amazes me how many tools with fast street cars take so many stupid chances every day on public roads. It's not just young drivers but ALL ages. Plenty of opportunities to take there cars to the drags or a track day and do it legally and safely ....... but then they soon may realise they cant drive as well as they originaly thought !!! LOL
yep, I must admit that is one fantastic looking motor car!!!! well done, after looking at that shot I don't think I would do the FPV thing next time around ... me thinks the G6ET is the goods!! Congrats!
clean surfac well.spray soapy water on panel and reverse side of stripe, apply, position, and then squeegy the exces water and bubbles out.give plenty of time to dry, especially this time of year.I'm assuming its only a side package?
something strange going on..... they told me that it looked like a sender problem and asked to keeep it 1 more night to rectify ..... but the next day, they claimed it was a faulty oil filter that was causing high ouil presssure???????? doesn't make sense to me but the oil pressure is back down to normal now....
you wouldn't belive it. car was booked in today to get the sender/guage looked at with ford. been running a ridiculous high oil pressure for 2-3 weeks and the minute I drove it in....... all working fine as it should be ...... will see what the outcome is tomorrow ?????
ok..... need some help from F6 owners. where does your oil pressure guage sit.... 1. at idle 2. normal driving 3. higher in the rev range. I only ask because mine has all of a sudden started to run right off the guage and sits at over half way at idle and ford reckon I have nothing to be concerned about??????? cheers Anthony
ok guys. those of you who have been watching this thread. I picked up a bunch of stickers tonight but we didn't laminate them as previously mentioned. it looked pretty cheap, nasty and couldn't eliminate bubbles. the print quality however has been improved and they look very very good. I fitted mine just now with soapy water and I am wrapped. below are the photo's of the final product if anyone is still interested. $30.00 inc postage for a set of 3.
looks that way. a few mates with XR's have been asking for some. the only issue is I need to make 10-20 to make it cost affective or they work out too expensive?
