There is a fairly gloves off review of the VE range in the current Australian Muscle Car. Its by far the most insightful writeup l have read on the VE and they are quite critical in many areas and with good reason. As far as l know AMC is independtly owned too, no advertisers to pander to. If what AMC say is true then the VE may struggle especially the cheaper models once the hype has died down. l have spotted a few povery pack models on the road and they look farking horrible

l believe it was in excess of 500k, the only Black Phase 3 made. restored and non original engine (so l am told) so the price is pretty amazing and a record. l am glad l got in when l did, prices have probably doubled in the last year alone. Cheers

The FPV sports wheel is standard on the GT-P, after all there has to be something it has over the GT The momo is an option and a step backwards IMO.

Do it mate, l was so close and would have had Subaru not released the Liberty GT Sti right at the time l was buying. There is a limited edition Evo coming soon, only 50 to be built with more grunt, half roll cage, suspension upgrades, race harnesses and other goodies for $60k. Fully road registerable. Absolute weapon of a thing and would probably have 80% reslae after 3 years, dont see how you could go wrong.

l am by no means an expert but l can fill you in on the basics. Yes the XW GT's had both the Windor in 69 and Cleveland in 1970. The HO1 was a mildly tricked Windsor, the HO1.5 a mildly tricked Cleveland and the HO2 a more serious solid Cleveland closer in spec to the HO3. If its a 1970 Cleveland it would have to be a HO2, is it only because its a Cleveland that you suspect its a HO?
