Chaps Need your opinions. While in getting serviced I asked Ford to replace the Nolathane centre diff bush on my BA GT with a set of stock bushes due to driveline clucking/noise I was experiencing with the Nolathane bush. After having a new set of 3 bushes replaced (with no improvement to the clunking) the car has developed the following additional problems 1. A scraping/shaffing sound coming from the right rear as if the brake pads are rubbing against the rotor. However the noise doesn't change when the brake is applied and seems to disappear when turning left but not right. 2. A noticably annoying diff whine which is apparent at speeds of over 50 km/h. It seems to ease off when backing off on the throttle . I would have expected a diff whine to be acceptable with nolathene bushes given their hardness, but wouldn't have expected this with factory rubber bushes. The diff was rebuilt in January this year (4,000 kms ago) by a driveline specialist with new bearings, seals, lapping of the CW&P and tightening up of the LSD and wasn't whining before the bushes were replaced last week. Could it be that the chaps at the workshop overlooked something when putting the cradle back in to cause these additional problems? Cheers guys
