After looking at some different modifying options aimed at 300rwkw's it's looking like a nizpro stage 2 kit would be a good choice however I am just wondering how my T5 and stock clutch will handle the power increase. Has anyone tried somthing like this or had any problems or should I strengthen them just in case?

Yeah I think I might just tint the standed one's they will look tops on venom red and put the $180 towards an exhaust or somthing. Thanks for the feedback

Well put Reece, I bought my xrt the second I got off my p's sure I give it a kick in the pants now and then but I believe then main problem with young people or anyone for that matter that has a performance cars is not knowing it's full ability. E.g "I'll make that gap" "I'll make that corner" "it'll pull up ok". A solid combination of good driving skill and knowing your car back to front in my opinion is the safest way to go. Anyway that's my 2c

Thanks Ben at least I've got some idea what it will look like now, I think I'm gonna go with them but tint them a bit so they arn't so bright.

Just looking to get some aftermarket rear lights for the XR but I can't find any good pictures of cars with them (in venom red) some look good and some look horrid, any opinions?

Just wondering if there are any good turbo clubs in victoria, ie organised cruises, meets, drags. Just gettin to the point where I can start moddin and am looking for a good club. They must be XR friendly cause I've heard of a few jap ones that arn't.

Yeah power and fuel economy rarly are in the same sentence, can anyone suggest a good mechanic in melbourne for tuning/perfomance upgrages?

I bought an 03 XR6 Turbo about three months ago, awsome car but I'm having serious concerns about it's fuel consumption. I believe it's very thirsty and at times when I fire her up it's got 20 or so kms less on the range and it hasn't even moved! Does anyone else suffer this problem and what sort of km's are you getting to a full take? can I do anything to fix this?, any feedback would be great thanks.
