Yeah he wasn't big just really toned, wouldn't even call him a bodybuilder more of a body sculptor.

Pretty much, looks abit like a cannon but smaller. I'll try and get pics up, it's quitened down now but still pretty loud. Especially on WOT. It also pops and burbles pretty loudly now on low speed shifts and if you hold a gear too long then back off. I quite like it.

To much on Monday IMO, shoulders and arms on the same day especially seems bad as you use them on both exercises anyway so you'll want at least one group a bit rested or your form will turn to sh*t. Just my opinion. Overtrain, Eg my legs. Did too much on Monday and my thighs still hurt now. Been walking like a tard all week.

Depends how good your are at negotiating and how desperate they are for a sale I guess. Usually wear them down to the bottom line then mention you have a car to trade too, then try arguing them up to a decent trade in price. Allot of effort but you'll spend just as much dealing with idiot private sale buyers.

Usually chicks get breast plate and dudes get a box if they want (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!). Plus obviously masks and gloves if your a sook.

Did you drive an XR5 too? Electric Orange is mad and the price difference could probably deck it out better then an RS?

Unfortunately yeah that's probably about right, it took me months to sell mine privately. Most private buyers now days are quite difficult to deal with and genuine buyers are hard to come buy. Be prepared for countless ridiculous offers that usually consist of "it's all I got.." People usually make offers now days with out even driving the car, WTF? Are they really that lazy? Don't get discouraged though, there are still genuine buyers out there you will just have to wait quite a while to find them.

I dare say if you had of smashed into a car load of people that were overtaking and couldn't judge how fast you were going it would be a different story again.
