Hey mate, this is bullsh*t mate!! As some of the other guys have said, try and get a brand new one from somewhere else and get the insurance to pay for it. Hi guys, I have just finished my latest round of mods to my BA mk 1 with built BTR gearbox with 2800 stall. Previous mods: New mods: PWR cooler ---------- Now Rapid V3 Plazmaman piping ----------- Now Rapid V3 F6 intake/K&N panel ----------- Now Rapid V3 under battery pod Deka's 3 inch stainless APs exhaust 3 inch magnaflow? cat ---------- Now Rapid 5 inch 100cpsi built bottom end walbro intank ------------- Plus inline bosch 044 12 psi actuator ------------- Now 15 psi actuator I have also ported out the wastegate and fitted a 38mm swing valve. The previous mods netted me 308 rwkw from Elite (I have attached the AFR dyno sheet), I was wondering what you guys would estimate my new mods should get me with a safe tune??? Regards Steve

Which hose goes to the actuator???? I refitted my turbo last night and my mate helping me decided to replace my vacume lines with new ones and didnt check which one went where????? regards Steve

Thanks alot Adam and Ben (And the huge fella?). I Really appreciate the time you guys gave up for this. My boy and nephew loved the cars. The blue BA ute with the 20's was my sons fave, and my nephews fave was the green GT, "with the Brembo's uncle Steve!!!!) My favourite was Mick's? toxic ute! Noooooiiiice!! Mate your box will handle that power easily if you get it tuned by a competent tuner who knows these boxes. I bought my car with 320rwkw from sydney and the box stuffed up 3 times (once on the drive home to brissy). It was because of a poor tune from a well known tuner in sydney. Got it tuned by Elite here in brisbane and it hasn't missed a beat. Tuner will up the line pressures etc. Also, get a trans cooler, that will help for sure.
