ok ebxmple, the little 1 way valve looks like a round joiner that is grey on 1 side. You can suck thru it but not blow. Anyway, I am in debt to you for your advice mate and ETM. I really appreciate it. Thanks and I'll check the wires now. DOH!!!!

The one way valve is on the line that goes to the purge solenoid and Ive got it so the plenum can suck through valve but not blow back towards the purge solenoid?

Yeah mate, they're hooked up. What 1/4 or 1/8 vac line has a one way valve in it???? I took this out and maybe put it back in the wrong way

My brake booster vac hose is connected and Im pretty sure the pcv one is if that's the one that goes to small black box near passenger strut tower below the ecu. Only one vac take off fitting that wasnt used and I blocked it off. Dont know how to check polarity and dont have an ammeter???

No worries eddie. ETM, when I give wide open throttle, it works, half throttle it works, 1/4 throttle and it shuts off!!!!!!!! Will start cutting and soldering again.

ETM are the TPS wires the large plug (4 wires) or the smalller plug (2 wires). With the ignition on but no motor running the throttle body opens and closes fine. Start the engine and the motor idles up to 2500 then when it drops back to 3 cylinders the throttle body shuts and wont work!!!!!!!! I think your nuts might be safe.

Sorry, it is a snort plenum. I checked the t/b wires before I soldered them. (motor not running) It was working fine. I'll check and see if it is working when it drops to 3 cylinders

BOV vacume line is connected

Just noticed that my BOV (stock) is pissing air out at idle???? Throttle body shutting???

Hi mate, yeah I can hear a high pitched whisle I think?? Why would it cut out 3 cylinders though???

Does the oxygen sensor have to be before the throttle body????????? I put mine in under the plenum?? On my old piping (rapid) it was before. Will this make a difference??

I used sealant between the plenum top and bottom half. I cant hear it leaking anywhere but I'll double check the vacuum lines. Im thinking losing fuel pressure, dont know how though? It wont stall but I dont like the sound its making during idle. Popping and running on 3 or less!!!

As title says, I have just changed my plenum. I took the inlet manifold completely off to bolt the new plenum top to the lower half. I had to remove the fuel rail and injectors, I numbered all the injectors so I know they are back where they belong. I plugged all the sensors etc back in and connected all the hoses and extended my throttle body wires. The motor will start but idles up to 2200rpm for about 5 seconds then it drops to 1000 and sounds like its running on 3 cylinders!!!!! Could it have something to do with fuel pressure??? Or maybe I have hooked up a hose to the manifold wrong or something????????? someone please help. I am suppose to be taking it to elite for a retune tommorrow. Cheers Steve

I saw Elites F6 at willowbank tonight and the exhaust sounds really nice. Raspy note that is not loud at all, but sounds grunty under wot. Ran 11.36!!!!

Hi Cameron. Mine did the same 3 times because of a dodgy tune from a tuner in sydney! Get the tune right, and get some extra clutch packs thrown into the C1 (3rd to 4th), get a cooler and drive it sensibly and it will be good for 300-340rwkw. Yeah I reckon the black on yellow would look good to mate but it costs $440 to change colour!! that's more that half what I paid for them!
