  9. Well done Stevo!!!!!!! That car has some balls man! I've looked at a few late 10 second timeslips mate and your there, its only a matter of time. Nice f*cken 60ft mate, I got my PB 60 ft against you and you still pulled on me.. NOICE!!! Wonder how many cold nights we have left this year??????? See you next time ya mad bastard.. Steve
  10. Heaps of us got PB's tonight!! I'll let the guys put there own up. I did a 11.45 @ 121mph. Ran 2 11.6 then an 11.5 and then 11.4. My last 2 runs I shagged, smoked em up off the line and ran 13.1 @ 120 then left my traction on and couldnt do a burnout. (wonder why?) and did a 12.1 @ 121. Last 2 could have been my 11.3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Boges, my PB was done on the sh*t lane so dont crack at me for wastin my run on the good one. Well done to all, it was a good night. Good to meet you Rob. Steve
  11. Well done man, that is quick for a manual!!! I have some footage of the runs but no times cause the tower was out. I'll pm it to you tomorrow. Congrats!!! Steve
  12. Thanks Johno They are ROH Prowlers man, thanks.
  13. Mods are in my sig. cheers to Adam who took some of these pics. Steve
  14. Thanks Lee.. that's good, when I tell my mates it has roughly 337rwkw which is about 450rwhp?? they will spin out!! People who dont know much about these cars find it hard to comprehend the power they make. Man I wish someone could have video taped it, that's my excuse to go out again.... I have no footage of it yet!! lol Mate you gotta get your car out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks mate, that was me who waved as you drove in! Were you sitting 3/4 track? that's my favourite spot to spectate from. When is your machine gonna be having another run??? Did you see the pics I took of your car at the photo shoot? Steve
  15. Well done mate, nice MPH.
  16. Thanks mate, I think the 2800 stally sucks some of the dyno KW's??
  17. Cheers man, you got the time you were chasing! Give Paul at Elite a call mate when your ready to start mods cause he knows his sh*t! Tell him I sent ya Cheers Steve
  18. I got 5 runs in tonight and they were all in the 11's again. Every run was faster than my previous PB and every run was a 1.6 60ft. I will post my quickest slip and can scan the rest tomorrow if anyone is interested in having a look. 1st run: 11.58 @ 121.36 1.674 60ft 2nd run: 11.61 @ 120.90 1.693 3rd run: 11.54 @ 120.68 1.642 4th run: 11.61 @ 120.55 1.687 5th run: 11.50 @ 120.45 1.645 A poofteenth off an 11.4!!!! I said I would be happy and stop mods if I get an 11, now I've got 10 passes in the 11's with a best of 11.50 and I'm happy with that When do you stop?????????? I could go back and maybe get an 11.4 but then I'll probably want an 11.3!! My car had plenty of time to cool between runs but notice how my mph dropped slightly each run. The ambient temp dropped by 2 degrees for each run also. I put the drop in mph down to the humidity which was 67%, 70, 78, 86 and then 94. Thanks again to ELITE!! And to Stevo for all the awesome advice on how to get her out of the hole. Paul imagine if I did my exhaust!!!!!!! We'll see what happens, but Im hoping to retire the old girl. SO MUCH FUN THOUGH!!! Steve
  19. Thanks Johno!!! I saw your last run and yeah you definately had traction issues in first, but your mid track looked really quick. Dont retire her yet mate, she's got more left in her for sure....... Was a good night for it though those motorbikes really gave me the :pooh:s . Everyone could have had quite a few more runs if those harvey wall bangers werent there. Good to see a few of the forum members out there. See ya's next time. Steve
  20. Hi VULPES, welcome mate. Mine was the same man, I took off the whole assembly anyway so it was no big drama. I think its a good idea, if ALL your turbo to manifold bolts come loose/off, your turbo wont go anywhere. Steve
  21. Take a look in the back of a wheels magazine mate in the showroom section and you'll see that the G6ET is quicker than an (LSD equipped) FG XRT and on par with the F6! Nice car TAB. Oh and I will be there 85%? Missus birthday friday night, will be a big one!!! Steve
  22. f*ck John hope you pull up ok mate. Take it easy!!! So much for your fruit theory??
  23. Hey Stevo, that mph would have been more like 128 if it were the same conditions as wednesday night! Well done mate, nice peddling. It will come mate!
  24. Mate I tried with a mill at work and the seating surface was too hard to cut into! Flapper I used was 38mm and I tried to machine a new seating surface with a 42mm bit but it wouldnt cut??? I ended up using a die grinder keeping the standard seating surface and then cleaned it up with a small poly-fan. You need to leave the bottom of it flat so the larger flapper doesnt catch. Probably could have got the right bit to machine it but I was in a rush to get it done so I could get my tune. It came up a treat. I have no boost spike and it holds a flat line on my dyno sheet at 15psi right up to redline.
  25. Im at redbank plains mate. Rip your turbo off and rear housing and I'll do the porting and tig in your bigger flapper etc. gimme a call and we'll sort something out. Cheers Steve 0411206780
