Is it possible to cut out the standard cat and weld one of these in using the standard piping section? could I drive 100km's (from exhaust shop to tuners) with this done?

nah mate, was looking at venom, $500 for the bolt up is pretty steep, might just get the old taken out and the new welded in instead, what sort of price and size is the xplode?

I dunno mate, can't hear it coz of that missing muffler, doses alot louder with the muffler pipe replaced with a 3 inch aluminum and the coolerworx kit, fair bit of whistle but gets drowned out

Bov For G6Et Want The Dose Flutter Sound

Take the hose out between the bov and the crossover and block the ends up with chair stoppers. You will get minimal flutter at standard boost levels anyway but this is how you achieve it, mine is fairly loud now, but also has cooler pipes and a replacement intake pipe -
