  1. Any one know if the standard valves spring & actuator will handle with the 4inch exhaust once the tune & injectors are done, I don't want to change these as yet. Will I still get an overboosting issue due to the size of the exhaust. Danny you mentioned that your boost will raise up to 17psi on a cold night. Will I be able to control the boost to around 11-13psi
  2. I will have a look but I will get some. what sort of power to do think you will gain with 60lb injectors, K&N pad, cold air intake & the exhaust I also have a good button extreme clutch, Would you get 300rwkw
  3. Thanks for the comments Gents, I guess the cost to enlrge the wastegate port you would just get a tune do you think. I'm looking at the custom tune from C&V & the 60lb injectors. Danny are you doing a group buy again on the siemen 60lb injectors, if so put me down.

I have installed a 4inch exhaust for the stock dump, high flow cat to match & 4inch sytem through now the car is overboosting, engine & management is stock, the car cannot rev over 4000-4500 rpm the boost climbs as you accelerate, I have read near 11psi on the guage, first gear not so bad, can some time rev to 6000rpm. The engine management must read to much flow & breaks up sound the same as when you hit your rev limiter. Does anyone know how to rectify this without a tune/flashing (would a flash tune even fix the problem). The amount of extra pull & punch is awesome just wish it would rev out as you can feel it want to go than shuts down about 4000rpm.
  5. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to find the connection points in the engine for the oil temp reading & water temp. Is there ascrew that is undo & replace with the temp fitting?
