Wow, this thread just saved me a trip to Ford! I had exactly the same issue, same flashing sequence and all. Looked under my passenger seat and wow, someone had stuck a magazine under it and slightly loosened the cable. Pressed down on it slightly and restarted the car, and viola, no warning light. Must admit I was very nervous around thinking of dealing with airbags as I've heard the horror stories... Big thanks guys!!!
