Do a couple of really hard brake applications with your BF brakes and the will warp trust me bf brake discs are $@##*^^% they are to soft.Ireplaced all mine and put in police spec pads , brake dust is a bitch but no squeeling no warped discs and plenty of hard braking involved. PS:: I will gladly swap my premium brake package (no sqeel)to you poor Brembo boys with brake squeel.
Ive been waiting 8 #$%^^% weeks now for my diff under wrranty still Ford havent got it in yet. The problem is the hardening on the bearings it wears away(a fault from Dayna diff) at about 60,000 onwards not all but most fords utes/sedans get a whinning noise.Mines 05 BF has done 80000kms now and the noise is unbearable from 70kms to 110km I have to turn up the stereo major just so I cannot hear it.I drive around all day its $@%$## CRAP
I was told by FORD and other sources that the XR6 TURBO BFs were given the complete typhoon motors.For production and other reasons they started making only one motor for both.The tune & intercooler were the only different things between Xr6t &typhoon.
I have a nov 05 BF and have Typhoon internals. March 2005 the BFs got the phoon internals Rods and valve springs.Since then they have upgraded again I think in the MK II BFs
