Been through 3 of the dam things. Nizpro Made a custom Flex plate with spacers for me and I haven't had any dramas since It's mainly about putting stress on the plate, and when you're running more then standard power, specially if you have the torque tags removed in the 6 speed, the stock ones don't tend to do the job too well. P.S I loctited the flex plate on my 2nd and 3rd 1, they both lasted about a month (but that's with my driving.. and I was a 1/4 whore at the time) You should be alright, but if it happens again just give Nizpro a ring.
