My hack subscription ran out so I stopped playing /s nah just got bored of the same vanilla maps everyone wanted to play for some reason.. I did dedicate 600 hours of ingame time to bf4 so I definetly got my value for money. Recently came back to check out final stand and apart from the maps being beautiful they just arnt my cuppa tea, too big and I feel like finding an enemy player is more rewarding than killing them. I play destiny on my ps4 now, raids.. raids galore.. stuck in the endless gear grind addiction. the fps/rpg/mmo ive always wanted and atm its my heroin, it aint even that good of a game lol. So ive been there, and reddit. I got lost... last few months have been a blur in all honesty.. I dont even know if im still married!

value in newish model cars (lol) people will try anything for a quick buck maybe im not car'y enough but ive never seen the point of paying 6 figures for an old car when you could have a friggin awesome euro for the same price history'smistory.

I'm not really sure bungie were thinking properly when they gave approval to only 5 available strikes for vanguard marks.. same ones over and over and over and in alot of cases you repeat the same one back2back.. Ive grinded the game so much over the last 2 weeks, ive capped my vanguard and crucible marks for this week (100ea) and have got full legendary with an excotic helm to put my level to 27. Been chest running for helium filaments and spinmetal to level up my gear for 28. Honestly though they need some new content asap cause after everyones completed the raid theres frig all else to do.. its actually disappointing how little there is to do in this game seeing as how long its been in development.. dont get me wrong the worlds are big, open and beautifull but theyre just vastly empty.. and the central hub is stupidly small. All up: Single player campgain = dogsh*t (what a waste of time for a story that has no backbone and just expects the player to know whats going on) PVE strikes/farming/raids/missions = fun for the most part but after you do the same 5 strikes and patrol missions hundreds of times to be able afford the higher end gear it really takes it toll on your enjoyment of the game. PVP = probably the most enjoyable for me seeing as im a pvp sorta guy and fairly good at it, the random loot rewards at the end are bullsh*t though and many people just afk it in order to get gear and marks at the end for doing nothing where ill constantly finish top 2 and get frig all half the time, that rng.. Sad to say but by the time the paid dlc and free updates start really rolling out the player base is going to fall dramatically, theres just not enough exciting things to do in the vanilla version of destiny. rock gear with intellect and have your sub class stacked with stats that lower the cooldown. I have my supercharges come every minute or so, less if im killing baddies or capping flags in the crucible - I have maxed both titan striker and defender subclasses whilst farming for legendary engrams. I hate hunters, knife arc is the most goony special move -_-. Hit level 25 last night, soon as the vendor that sells exotic gear comes back tomorrow ill hopefully get to 26 from purchasing a titan armor peice (the more +light something has the higher your level gets after 20)

Its okay, not brilliant by any means but ive been sucked into it. Im a bit of a completionist and this games got a sh*tton of things to grind, by grind depending on how you play can be mind numbing or fun. The first raid was released on tuesday, first team done it yesterday - took em 10 hours.. (will be alot shorter now we know hows its done) the teamwork fps/rpg/mmo elements is what I love about it. I cant stand games like WoW or LoL but make a sci-fi fps version of them and im hooked

I'm addicted, it has taken over my life. At home all I do is play Destiny, at work all I do is browse the Destiny sub reddit. Stacks of unfinished work clutter my desk, my inbox is full. My old man peers over at me wondering what I'm doing.. I'm prolly gonna get fired. At home the house hasn't been cleaned, stacks of dishes litter the floor. My 2 dogs have been forced to scavenge for food on their own. My wife is about to leave me. Yet, swollen and sleep deprived I can still see my Guardian, distorted through the tears now filling my eyes. I blink heavily ejecting the moisture and sending it rolling down my cheeks. As I start another bounty I whisper to myself "Become Legend".

Asus have just brought out a 120/144hz monitor running at native 1440p.. 695$ though but no doubt itll get cheaper. Best of both worlds! Higher rez is much prettier, I dont ever run my fps games at max because id rather have extra frames showing more information than more lighting effects, the beauty often gets in the way of gunplay so I dumb it down (mix of med/high graphics - locked it to 125 and never get spikes) I play with my pen*s aswell, while im on the pc looking at things not game related. Edit: YES! everyone forgets this!!, people always bring up the affordability of pcs compared to consoles but then sling 80+ on a new game. We get em for 50 on release and steam/origin/humble bundles sling AAA titles for mere dollars come sales time. Youtubers also have g2a sites with discount codes to get pc games even cheaper. It definetly works out in favor of the pc in a 12 month span, dont like the chair? Sling the hdmi in to the tv from the tower, whack on a wired xbox controller and you have a super console :D

Lads, was one of the best decisions I made.. only problem is now I can't seem to get my head around controllers at all. Specially in this day an age, a beefy rig is well affordable where as it use to be something only LAN centers would be able to accommodate. Keyboard/mouse is foreign for about a week then your muscle memory will pick it up and youll wonder how you put up with the inaccuracy and painfully slow turning speeds of console gaming.. and then graphics heheheh - youtube/twitch will never do 120hz/1080p/1440p/4K gaming justice, its something you have to experience for yourself to appreciate. Its a shame destiny only came out on console. But I fixed the controller issue and the ps4 now sits snug next to my towers utilizing my K/B.. yea 1 game so far but ill get other playstation exclusives as they release aswell. I might stream on saturday arvo till late if I dont need a capture card.. I think the new gens stream straight to twitch but havent had a gander yet.
