Bought a few cat 6 ethernet cables and a router to hook up the remaning tv/playstation TV device and wii u to make sure I get maximum efficiency. I have the ps4 in the study and can now stream games to the living room and play in there, 1080p quality and no input lag, rather lovely - dont have to move the ps4 ever again! Edit; Anyone familiar with wifi boosters? Back half of the house really struggles for it, just for the mobiles/pad/3DS

Worried im gonna get lost in the folds of a company merger. No longer a small family company, being bought out by a much larger corp with alot of staff - dunno exactly where I stand.
-
Yeah considering nestle pay about 2-3$ per million litres or something... moneys in water, build a small bottled water conpany and get nestle to buy you out

20ish is still respectable for out in whoop whoop, that's like 2mb/s. More than enough for 720p streaming and overnight downloading

I'm pretty sure I've harped on here before about how amazing and beneficial deadlifts are to anyones routine for all round body/core strength increases. Personally I do em without straps/pads/belts but ive got a fairly strong grip and I feel much less restricted not having to belt up. Those lower back DOMS are a lovely reminder that your training is making a difference. With my program my Lower back/Hamstring day is a little crazy but I usually get it over and done with in about 50mins 2mins rest between each set and its a 6x12x25 super set one straight after the other. 6x160kg 6x170 6x180 6x190 deadlifts 12x85kg 12x90 12x95 12x100 Hamstring curl 25x20kg 25x20 25x20 25x20 kettlebell swings focusing on lower back movement. 6x100kg 6x105 6x107.5 6x110 barbell Shoulder press 12x22kg 12x22 12x22 12x22 kettlebell front shoulder raises 24x10kg 24x10 24x10 24x10 side raises and rear delts (12 each alternating between the 2 per rep) 6x32kg 6x32 6x32 6x32 easy curl bar biceps 12x16kg 12x16 12x16 12x16 hammer curls 25x20kg 25x20 25x20 25x20 reverse curls. Badaboom done, friggin looks like alot but it ain't cause its all super sets. Im doing 3 days splits 6 days a week with sunday rest day. This week starting today is a different routine entirely, alot tamer and more basic. I have 3 rotations that I change every 6 days to keep it fresh. I like heavy rotation cause everything's only 6 reps just heavy as hell but yeah it's good fun.

Its not even how it ends. They tried to squeeze 3 books into 10 episodes which is why it was all over the place, and that ending is a way for them to write a second season if it ever gets picked up...Buckley's chance.

I love how 50 is considered tiny now! Haha I got 5 aswell now 75,60,55 and 2 40s for the bedrooms but id say the only ones that get use now are the new 75 and the 40 in the master.. the rest are mainly just there for show

Gym scales just before I left. I spent about 10 weeks getting into shirt off shape before holidays where I dropped around 13kg to 113-114kg depending on the time I weighed myself. I didnt hold back over there eating snacks and big meals but I didnt think I'd put half of the lost weight back on in less than 2 weeks :(
-
Sorry mate! I was totally ready to sell it, then I sorta went impulse shopping over the weekend and ended up giving it a home in the activty room. 4 controllers and Halo MCC have since been purchased to have a games night this weekend with the lads
-
Go to phuket 114kg 12 days later 119kg 20 days later and only 2 days off the gym in that time 120.4kg.. Fml.. Havent really noticed where though, lifts have gone up and have been doubling the leg training so heres to hoping theres some extra muscle being built up somewhere in that weight gain

Bloody hell, I wouldnt be able to handle that

Jeeezsus you out the front of lukes nickin his wifi or somethin?

Dunno how true the article was I read but he wasn't happy with the crrent restrictions placed on all the teams giving them little to no testing/transition time before the start of the season and he pretty much went in blind.

I have American Netflix and Hulu with a 100/40 nbn connection wired to the TV. There's plenty of 4k content for me to enjoy
-
4k is pretty damn amazing I gotta admit, regardless of size. Can confirm.. am new fanboy. Aha rab I cant play shooters on big screens, I got a samsung 23x120hz a few years back and now whenever I play a console shooter on the ps4 I feel like theres too much real estate to see whats going on in a fast paced game Edit: good guys stung me 5879$ its on there website at 6696, then advertised in store for 6249 but they have to go on the cheapest online price, apparently.

The upgrade arrived!

Been given early access to move into the new house, whilst unpacking I took it upon myself to set up the scalelectric in one of the spare rooms.. bought a couple new cars (mclaren and a corvette) because the old F1 cars were well beyond their use by date. I certainly have my priorities right, I think. Edit: oh and I found out what this box was for, why have wired nbn in 1 room when you can wire the entire house? I feel a little spoilt.

Final inspections signed for both parties and settlement june 5th.

Is that the ol' 'swimming pool/alfresco extension' into a car re-mortgage trick? Or have the banks wised up to this interest saver? I ended up getting a seperate car loan, its in the 9% area as I was told you couldn't tack it onto the house anymore. Mind you I didnt really pursue the topic either (the old boy was the one who mentioned it to me)

House first car later

Yeah lads its getting hard now, I grew tired of having to individually download episodes 1 by 1 in order to peice together a season and still be unable to find certain episodes.. so I gave up and subscribed to hulu.
-
Dear god panda the place better be exactly what you wanted! I dont think I could survive..
-
Oh yeah exactly, its still leaps and bounds better than whats unaimously available currently. Only shame is that the fibre optic network was ultimately gonna be capable of up to 1GBPS which is what googles rolling out in the usa at the moment where as were stuck in the digital stone age :(
