  4. How many hours a week does everyone work? And What Hours roughly? At the moment I work 5-7 days a week (depends how busy we are) Mondays,Wednesdays, Fridays I work from 3am-9am (by Average) Tuesdays,Thursdays I work from 4am-10am (by Average) Weekends 6am-8:30/9am (always gotta work Sunday for a measly amount of hours, get paid for working 8 hours though lol) So Roughly 30-40 hours a week, But it varies, sometimes I work like..20ish hours for the same pay others its nearing 50.
  5. I just got my mail, did you get your flash box yet???
  6. I've just turned 19, been done for hooning, and pay 660$ a year. (insured through my company) Try Just Cars, SGIO, RAC. Just cars is about 2500$ a year Full payment, SGIO is around 2800$ a year, with montly payments of roughly 240$. Not sure about RAC. ive been through all of this crap, it's not easy and it costs ALOT, but if you're willing to have a great car at your (our) age, you gotta pay for it Good luck
  7. it's better having a job where you get a free mobile with unlimited usage OH WAIT I GET THAT
  8. No worries mate :banghead: Only problem I have at the moment is grip, all this power and I'm having trouble laying it on the road as the first 3 gears are useless on the STD dunlops I'm running at the moment. Saving as much as I can now, so the rims can go on with the better tyres! ASAP Now I'm off to bed.
  9. Air fuel ratio, you'd want it around the 11.5-12.5 by Average, anything over 13 is risky.. When I ran my CV generic tune it nearly pushed 14.. To give you some indication, didn't take long for me to custom tune the car after that!
  10. Make sure you get an AFR reading as I'd be interested in seeing the results from the KPM generic tune. And just to make sure its not running lean (not a good thing for the car)
  11. Maybe its an Auto thing? Cuase the Manual blokes dont have as much trouble
  12. Ohh mate you're in for a wild ride now that the mod bug has bitten, they became no problem at all once you start doing injectors and the exhaust :fear (5):
  13. only other thing is get it dynoed and tell/show us how it goes :fear (5):
  14. The Stock intercooler piping is the one you'll wanna change the clamps with (the pipes that don't go to the turbo, goes down to the headlight/battery) I think theres only 2? clamps you need to change, as for the gapping of the spark plugs, judging by your pics you have a BF also, I've noticed with alot of the BF's the spark plugs are already gapped as mine were along with a few others.
  15. Sorry Dorko, I would have shown you earlier when you asked, but I no longer run the same induction setup so I dont have any of the cross over section remaining I got the clamps from bunnings for 3$ each, changed them myself, took a massive 3 mins to do. Just Measure the diameter of the piping and get a slightly bigger/thicker clamp and you're set.
  16. hell yeah ^^ very nice driving, great job keeping with the Race/track style alfa
  17. It'll be very biased on these forums. Of course the turbo would be the better car. Soo many more possibilites, great fun to drive and they look the part
  18. Well done mate, have fun!!
  19. Well a few Guys wanted a Video of my car, unfortunately I only have a digital camera with a movie taking option, so the quality isn't the greatest. I also filmed the whole lot by myself, keeping control of the car was a little hard... at the end I dropped the camera lol. QrvdFhlhzhE Enjoy
  20. I'm 19 years old and pay 660$ a year as I've got my car insured through my company LOL Injectors and exhaust on the insurance, and my Dangerous Driving traffic offense, and yes its full comprehensive. Need to update it for my IC kit. I was paying 2750$ a year ($240 a month) with SGIO, but I soon f*cked that off when I realised I could get insurance through work
