Shannons I have found to be great to deal with I have my XR6T with all mods done with them I even have 2x 3/4 chassis drag cars insured with them for over $100 grand each all with no problems or questions & agreed value Never personally had to make a claim with them but a friend did & they were super fast & not a problem then either Couldn't recommend them enough

Fiberglass panels are fine in super street. I don't think there are any regs at all in any andra classes not allowing fiberglass panels

Definitely not a bad idea to do if you have fitted a larger exhaust. It will help a little with keeping the boost under control

The brake shudder on my 2005 XR6T is such a pain in the ass to the point it will almost shake the wheel out of my hands. I'm going to try replacing 1 thing at a time to try & figure out exactly what the culprit is.It does feel like a warped disc but I've had a good look over them all & can't see any evidence or any runout at all with the dial indicator Will let you know what I find

It would be much safer & easier to go with a few mild mods to get you to 260-300kw......... & that power is so easily obtainable without the need to go crazy

It depends on what you want from the car..... If you are happy with a stocker then settle for that,however if you plan on modifying the car you can save a lot of $$$$ by picking up a modified one that someone has thrown the $$$$ into already.His loss & your gain! You will find stockers with log books & low k's that have had a hard life.Then you will find a modified version with lots of k's that has been well looked after There is no real set of rules with picking a used car.....You just need to take each car on it's own merit.

Mine has been on car sales for ages & I haven't got 1 call even....... Judging by what else is on there the price is quite reasonable too
