  5. Ive got one on my ute, was there when I bought it. This car is completely different to my last T so its hard to tell how good it is. I know that it sounds good and is a tidy piece of kit, not sure that id shell $650 for one though... plus its a pain in the a$$ to fill the washer bottle

    Ute For Sedan

Depends on your lease company, not going to be cheap though and more than likely you will have to pay out that lease and start a new one. Ive just bought a ute and spent a lot of time looking in dealers, they seem to be rarer than the sedans and sell quickly so the dealer might be keen to get one in

  10. If you havent upgraded the fuel pump id say that's why the tuner hasnt pushed it any further, if you do id say there was some more in it... im not expert though but I got over 300 with less than that in my old BA
  11. BA MkII ute 322rwkw 6spd manual getting high 15's for general commuting. I cant be positive as it was a few years ago but im pretty sure my similarly powered BA sedan with an auto averaged high 12's. Its going in for a tune check soon so a slight adjustment may help
  12. Thanks for the reply Ratter... Thought it sounded too good to be true! I guess ill be looking at F6 short engine or forged when the time comes
  13. A little bit off the original topic but does anyone know the approximate cost of the in car rod / piston change? Thanks, JT
  14. Unless youre hellbent on doing the buildup yourself id be inclined to think that selling yours and buying a later model already modified car with the extra cash would be the most cost effective way to go and youll probably end up with a better car at the end??
  15. Budget direct are only interested in low to medium risk customers which counts alot of us out
  16. BA with 305rwkw, get ~15l per 100ks if I only do city driving during the week and ~ 10l per 100ks for hway with aircon and more than a few decent squirts! Im still getting better economy than std and my el fairmonth I6 that I had previously
  17. Spotted white rspec around the dandenongs and ftg a few times recently, plates ANACHY anyone from here?
  18. As a standard car they are not too bad... Rotors warp too easily, build quality issues eg windows. Once you start playing youll find alot more that goes wrong lol

For those who were wondering the following is required: 15mm socket and 100mm extension / Ring spanner Hammer to remove discs Piston compression tool (or g clamp) Zip ties or similar to hang the caliper while youre removing the disc Hope this helps someone JT
