  1. Picked up the stack hat today, Shoei XR1100
  2. Yes mate, GV650 EFi Sports I've taken the back rest off (looks alot better) and cut some of the baffle out of the muffler so it has a bit of sound now - not many options out there for exhausts since the EFi model runs an O2 sensor in the pipes. The aftermarket slip on mufflers look like they are for a sports bike and don't suit the cruiser IMO
  3. Hey Pete, good as always mate Very quiet on the phones today, bit strange really considering that it is almost EOFY...
  4. Morning everyone
  5. I Ended up with this
  6. That rat bike moves man!
  7. Tex clutch is pretty heavy on the street but it will take some punishment
  8. Yep, a basic pump like the factory Ba intank would do the job, but you could look at a small walbro. There is only very small amount of load on the lift pump
  9. Took the bike for a lap yesterday, can't wait to get out more often! Needs a bit more noise too...
  10. Congrats Mick and Bel!
  11. The valving won't be much different to your standard shocks mate..
  12. Looks like Bob Jane didn't touch the shims on the front. I would look at getting the camber evened out both in front and rear. Would be nice to get the toe a little closer to even but sometimes the falcons can be a bit touchy.
  13. They both look average... Looks like Bob Jane didn't shim the front end in the latest one, but tyre power managed less camber after lowering it.
  14. Appreciate your input lumpy, just put a deposit on a GV650 Aquila Sport. Black, 6000ks, rego til December, efi 2010 model, all stock for $5500 Should pick it up tomorrow night
  15. Welcome back to the club Ian!

  19. I am unaware of any ruling in any state that says polyurethane bushes are illegal Best bet is to check with your local roads and traffic authority
  20. The cats on most modern motors are actually part of the exhaust manifold or directly behind the turbo, so they get warm quickly...
  21. Oh how times change... Must remember not to lane split...
  22. There is an electronic boost controller as standard fitment on these cars - it is controlled when the car is tuned. There is no real reason to remove it in the first place I would strongly suggest seeing someone that can sort the car out so it runs properly
  23. I'd take it to a workshop that specialises in these cars, what area are you in?
  24. I must admit, I couldn't grow a beard to save my life, if I don't shave for a week or so simply look like a mexican teenager....Vote for Pedro
