    Rusty Hubs

Looks the goods. Was it done with a paint brush? Any particular paint?
  4. Ring him up from a public phone box and ask him if he knows who it is. If not tell him where to go!! Maybe he was asking you out for a date. Hence the card.
  5. Each to their own. I got a T as my 300rwkw Skyline couldnt tow and I had to have a second car for towing. Wasting money on two vehicles got the better of me. A T can do everything. What do you tow your boat with then??? I wouldnt have a T if it couldnt tow.
  6. No Probs. That also makes my decision much easier.
  7. Yeah I still think they look a treat. Would be even better when the springs settled after being jacked up. Yours on your F6 are a very close second. You should ajust the price a little and make my decision easier. Thanks again for letting me fit them up. Probably see you on the cruise if I dont go fishing. Since trying the wheels this version has been growing on me as well.
  8. Thanks everyone I have been looked after. Yeah exactly, guys have got it from Repco. When I asked it was all too hard to even work out what it was. CBC who supply Gates said they could only get it on a 25 ft roll. I just felt like I was bashing my head against the wall hence my plee to someone here. Thanks to EnvyT who has helped out a fellow memeber I am set.
  9. Could anyone go out of their way to send over some Gates Submersible fuel line to Adelaide. I have been to Repco, CBC, Belts and Hoses, Pirtek, Autobarn, various speed shops with none to be found. CBC do sell gates but have to order a 25 ft roll. Repco here dont even know about it. If anyone has any left over or would be prepared to grab some at their convenience it would be much appreciated. Natrually I will deposit any cost for the process. Thanks for any help.
  10. Just wondering if I get 19 inch wheels and lower 20 mm will it scrape with my boat in tow (750kg). Or even with stock suspension height? Thanks
  11. that's not a bad price. I didnt mean spacers I ment the ring to centre the wheel. If not that's good then they are direct fit for Ford. Some universal wheels need a ring to centre them. I will check the other forum before I ask which tyres and sizes etc and assume 19x8.5 and 9.5.
  12. Yeah that's nice. Are they 18s or 19s. Where in Adelaide have you ordered yours from? Did you get a good price? Also do they fit straight on without any of the ring thingys what ever they are called?
  13. I have been considering a set of these. Speedy Infernos. 18x8/9 or 19x8.5/9.5. Brembo compatible. Or the Zenettis. Would love to see a pic of Infernos on a car. Not sure if there are many around as are in the 2007 catalogue.
  14. What is the go with the traction light staying on. After giving it some with the traction control having a hard time it stays lit up until I turn the car on and off. Is this normal? Only since my tune up 284 rwkw.
  15. Sorry another question. Is that $2500 with tyres? I guess not if so its a good price. Ware did you get them? I have been considering these. In 18s 8x9 with toyos 245/265 for around $2100. Same sort of look.
  16. So I am guessing 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. Any guard rolling required. If you dont mind me asking how much?
  17. Any of these come in 9 inch wide as well.
  18. Hi all. Trying to fit my IC. First issue am I trimming metal from the right area as marked on the pic. Also is the little bracket on the left hand side ment to match the hole as pictured. I have no ther fitting parts as second hand unit. Does the left hand factory bracket still be used. I assume the original rubber stoppers get used but with new bolts. On the right does the bracket need any material ground off to fit?
  19. Had the same issue on a previous car. A O ring from the BOV went into it. I would agree normally caused from something hitting it.
  20. Yeah no worries that's what I thought you would say. Just a question can one cup just not be fitted? If so I assume it would leave a recess where the cup go's. I was thinking keep the original design and have a blank that can be fitted after. I will be getting one to play with myself. Maybe cut a piece out of the factory panel to use as a blank.
  21. Phoon any ideas on the above. Here is a pic of what it may look like in dual gauge pod form. I would only need some material to make a blank.
  22. Yeah sure have. Only been around the block but seems fine. Long drive tomorrow and tune up next week.
  23. Finished fitting my pump today. Was a last minute thing so on Easter Sat I could only get hold of some SAE 30 R6 stuff. I am guessing some of you guys have had this and split. Was from Auto Barn. Will get some Gates stuff later. Getting some performance mods done next week which was the reason for the rush. I did find that unless you made it short when you push down on the lid when fitting back in the tank it could get quite squashed. Wonder if this could help splitting more if its all bent up.
  24. that's what I am talking about.
  25. Fitting my Trans cooler tomorrow. Shall I bypass the radiator or keep it in series? Cant see why not to keep it in series for extra cooling but someone said BAs had a habbit of leaking coolant nto the trans.
