  2. In the news today its reported that 2 were drowned and another swept out to sea while spray painting graffiti on the inside of a stormwater drain...... Now, you'll have to forgive me if Im missing something here...but why the hell would anyone with with even a miniscule of common sense climb into a drain, in the early hours of the morning, during a rainstorm just to paint stuff on the walls for Christs sakes!!! I gave up writing on walls with crayons and stuff when I was about 4 or 5 years of age.... and these people wern't in their teens... they were in their twenties.....surely you'd think they would have grown some brain cells by now.....what drives these fools.... Perfect candidates for the Darwin awards or what.....
  3. Is this what your talking about? http://www.rrs-online.com/
  4. You know, a friend of mine once suggested putting one of these things into a nice ,light rear engine dragster chassis.....Id say it would have to run easy sevens at around 180mph..... Actually, the more I think about it........
  5. Good point....you might have to hang on a little longer Scotty....

Good luck with it.....surely theres someone reading this forum who'd like a well looked after T.
  7. I really feel for ya' but I can understand your way of thinking Scotty...... Besides after you've gotten some more equity with the house....you can always come back with something bigger and better further down the track eh' What are the mods and options on your car?
  8. Do you think he'd notice if you discreetly changed your diff ratio before the race? And don't forget about your reaction times at the strip....if it's close...a good holeshot could win it for you.... Muz....just noticed myself in the background of your signature pic.....thanks man
  9. Just saw Shelby's bio. on pay TV..... :oohwoah: What a guy .....I knew he'd built the Cobras and Mustangs and stuff but I had no idea that he's done as much other stuff as well....what a life....and still into it at 83..... For those who can see it, it's replayed on Optus....Channel 118 at 4.30am tomorrow. Well worth a watch.....
  10. Wow...*needle on my bullsh*t meter just jumped off the scale*...strange that....
  11. Since were getting a bit serious and racing for money...... Make sure you work on your reaction times too....my guess is that he isnt a regular racer and probably wont really farmilarise himself with the tree...... A good holeshot has won many a race but a slower car......dont let him get you on the startline.
  12. Reports on another site that the truck and trailer were found in the Beerwah state forest, it says the truck was left running till it ran out of diesel the wiper rubbers had worn down to the arms, all tools and any parts were taken from trailer bits of the mustangs body work were found in the trailer indicating the car was pushed from the trailer without care to probably transfer it into another vehicle a mess was made of the trailer but truck and trailer are repairable no sight of the mustang however. God, what Id give for a big bit of timber and ten minutes with these pricks.....
  13. Young guy in a Mandarin XR6T on the way to Canberra on Friday night......caught up with him around Pheasants Nest and we played ducks and drakes till I had to stop at Marulan..... Went well too.....just hosed me off up the hill to the bridge at Mittagong *makes note to get edit ....soon*
  14. A neat BA XR6T in blueprint at the Five ways intersection in Miranda today.... Sure theres plenty of em' around, but what drew my attention was the two cushions on the rear parcel self...... both neatly embroidered with the "Ford" logo.....
  15. Between the rain and the roster I bombed out last time...... The 22nd is clear so hell yeah...count me in....
  16. Ill be out there but wont be racing because Ill be working.....somebodys got to keep an eye on you guys.....
  17. I have a cousin whos car club runs "drive days" at the Creek and Im sure he told me it only costs him $120-150 bucks or so......will double check on this..... What Im suggesting is possibly combining with his club...a Expensive Daewoo club no less.... and share the costs? Mmm...a track day with GM products as well??? that could be interesting.....
  18. But guys...Im just warming up........so heres another one..... One quick and dirty trick. You can get some powdered milk from the store, its not dear in bulk, Keep it for a few months. Perfectly fine to store for long periods of time. Once you have the time and gumption to go and do something this is a good one to do. You will have to wait for rainy season or better yet just a brief night rainstorm. Here in Sydney that happens often in the summer time, which is a damn fine time to do it. What you will do is take a lot....I mean a lot of powdered milk and spread it all over the intended victims yard. You can not spread this thinly. You have to use a lot. I have done as thin as 1cm thickness spread on the lawn and in the Gardens. The rain will activate the dried milk and they are left with a white foamy mess in the front. Here is the best part. Most will think it is an oddity and most times will not clean it off. Once the daytime comes around it will start to soak into the lawn and dry out. I bet you know what old hot milk smells like, dont ya? Well this is a rancid, putrid smell that will linger for approximately a week. Works well.
  19. Oh, and heres another little gem....but I cant take credit for this one..... I went to the petstore and purchased 6 mice. 3 Female and 3 male. I kept them for a 6 months. Feed them, made sure they would breed. Got a few litters out of them. A few more weeks go by and those little darlings are now breeding and makin more babies. A total of 6 months goes by and I had 297 mice which were all breeding. I knew when the family was going out on vacation for 3 weeks to some cruise. I released all the mice into their house through the mailslot they had in the door. When they came back their entire house was infested. A good friend that was still friends with the idiots had told me that the mice ate up most of the furniture, wood work, all the food in the pantry and just about everything around. He also said the place was covered with droppings and was the most disgusting thing he has ever smelt.
  20. Garage Sale Place an ad in the classified section of your local newspaper advertising a GIGANTIC Garage Sale listing the address of your victim. Advertise televisions, cam-corder, vintage automobile, antiques, etc. Sale begins Sunday at 6:00 a.m. all items in the backyard, first in best dressed, just come around back and come early! I had a neighbor that I did not get along with, every afternoon the guy would walk his dog down and let it sh*t in my yard. Would not pick it up. I confronted him about it and he said tough. dont like it?... deal with it. So I did. I started to pick it up and collect it in a plastic baggy. I am talking the large kitchen bags....it was a big shepherd.... I got a few weeks worth and one day proceeded to dump the bag into his car. He still did not get the point. The owner let the dog sh*t in the yard. So. I figure it is time to wait it out and play with the bastard. 12 months roll by and I started my torture. This dude was really fussy about his front yard and it was getting near time to start getting the awards for best yard, etc. When the local council would go around and start rating them. This guy did not believe in diggin up his yard to install a sprinkler system and used an old hose and one of them old fashioned sprinklers that sprays up in the air about 50 small streams of water to make it seem like a rain fall. Well he always left his hoses out and coiled up under a cover withone end still attached to the tap. I went and bought 10 litres of a product called Round Up. This stuff is to kill weeds. It in fact kills any living plant from weeds to grass to flowers to shrubs. The week before the judging was to occur I went out on a nightly mission. I would fill his garden hoses full of Round Up and reattach them to the faucet. So when he went out to turn it on it would spread this product for me. I did this for 4 nights on 3 hoses. His green yard and pretty bushes and flowers were all dead by the Friday judging. His yard was no longer green, it was brown. It just killed him that he did not win that year. I allowed 2 months of grace to allow him to grow a new yard and new bushes and flowers brought in. I started it again. and by the end of the week his yard was once again dead. Strange thing is..after a few weeks...his dog didnt sh*t on my lawn anymore.....
  21. Man...what a day....when it became obvious we werent going to make it to Marulan on time in the rain... We... myself, my daughter and Aaron(Angel#3) decided to just meet up with everyone at the dam, so off we went.... After being stuck behind some old fart in a Lexus nearly all the way up Macquarie Pass(in the rain) we eventually made it down to the picnic area and caught up with the rest of the gang. Ernie, that little barbie is the ducks guts....thanks so much for standing out (in the rain) with Aaron holding up the brolly as well, and cooking one of the best steaks my wife has ever had Despite dragging her three muddy, soggy kids back into her Fairmont Ghia, my daughter, on her first cruise with us, had a great time and has said she will certainly be back for more next year. Back to Albion Park for a quick cuppa with my daughter, then a quick run back home to Kirrawee, or so we planned, The fog on Mt Ousley was so bad that we missed two turnoffs and found ourselves on Appin Road instead, it was so bad that I didnt even realise till I saw the turnoff to Cataract dam!!! One hour and 40 mins to get home for Christs sakes..... But, at the end of the day...damn, we had a good time Phil, thanks for your efforts through the year....Ernie, I cant wait to try one of those barbies on a dry day. and to all the others who have supported the cruises this year, indeed all the great people on this forum..... HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR guys.......
  22. Arse up a couple of times??.......better make sure you dont take your T down there.....
  23. Hey Phil, any chance we might find somewhere along the way for a photo shoot?
