You said it "looks" like its got the 2 litre engine.....? If its an overhead cam deal then its a 2 litre for sure.....if its got a pushrod/rocker setup then its probably a 1300/1600 engine. And twin carbs.....if its got what I hope its got (a pair of Webers).....the carbs and manifold would be worth more than the rest of the car Either way, there a top little car and could bring good money with a little TLC...... Im with Pat.....if you need a hand , Ill be in it too ok........

Just to get the story straight, It wasn't a official he bashed, it was two of Victor Bray's crew, and we did exclude him from that meeting. The story about young Bray is true.....talk about ask for trouble eh'.......young Ben has a lot to answer for in all this.... The fracas with the JD guy put an end to their support..and I believe that SP Tools and Makita had indicated that their support was not going to continue after this season as well......add to that, his missus (Kath) wasn't impressed that his schedule of commitments was not giving him much time with family either and in the end it just all got too much..... The only bright spot, if you can call it that, is that theres going to be a lot of racecars and equipment up for sale soon....somebody's going to buy it...and Im sure their not buying it just to look at either....so the cars and the bikes will compete again sooner or later....

Ok, so whats the go with all this ticket stuff....?? The last time I had to "take a ticket" was at the motor registry... Why can't I just go down to the bank, send the money with my username attached, and do it that way?

Mmmm....if the kart deal starts at 5.30 that's 4 hours till the photoshoot at 9 or so..../ I could do that, but its a shame its a gonna be a double reven....sorry......double demerit weekend...

A while back, I met up with some of the guys on LS1 to float the idea of a joint cruise (or possibly a combined track day) and they were as keen as..... So I haven't discounted the idea for a future event......we'll see Not so grasshopper....we had a VE SS and a WRX with us on Friday night, and from what I'm told, they were two of the best behaved participants..... I spoke with both after the run and they not only said they had a great night...but they'd also love to come back for the next one.....

Yep, Ill still be in it.... As an aside though.....sometimes EC is hard to get onto. You know that Woolongong does them as well eh'

Last December Phil organised a run to Tallowa Dam.....would have been a great run if it hadn't rained on the day. I was just looking back through the NSW section and spotted it, I think its worth doing again... hopefully with better weather this time......

Jeff....I don't think it was "her" driving skills that were in question mate...... As she has said (and Iv'e since had PM's from others who felt the same way).....things did get a little hectic with people who obviously didn't read the cruise details. Its not a matter of being soft.....it seemed more a matter of some guys charging off without knowing exactly "where" they were going you know.....

What started out as a "little" night run for a few of the guys grew into one of the biggest turnouts weve seen so far with 27 participants!! and following the conga line down the highway sure looked and sounded impressive with Jeff and Stan trading exhaust bellows with the guy in the black Late model camira SS.... Unfortunately, Ernie cooked his gearbox on Jamberoo road, covering myself and Robbo with trans oil....but our cars will wash and I hope he gets his gearbox fixed up with not to much drama... The cement dust down the Pass was a bit of a pain...not only was it slippery, but combined with the oil...vision wasn't real flash either.... I must make mention of the guys who couldn't keep formation on way to Kiama.....its a cruise guys..not a race, and having people going willynilly all over the place and jumping over others in the queue doesn't make us look good you know... Many thanks to all who supported the night, it was great to catch up with you all Looking forward to the next one in January...........
