Guys....the next night run is in the pipeline. Ive done a reccy on the last half of it after the photoshoot last week and want to get the first half done within the next week or so then post it up..... Start will be around St. Marys/Kingswood and will finish at Hoxton Park so its good for for most of the members from out west.... Meanwhile, how about a get-together at Harrys Liverpool one night?

Yep.....on Sat. arvo it was the first time Ive ever really seen the crowd "boo" Lowndes..... As for me.....I recorded it and spent half the time watching it on the fast-forward button.... Normally, my wife would be keeping me away from sharp objects after a Expensive Daewoo 1-2.. but, to be honest, I was kinda glad that HRT did and 888 didn't win From an enthusiast who's on the wrong side of fifty, and supported the blue oval since he was 12....that's not a good sign. I'm really just over the whole Ford/888/Holden/V8 Supercar debacle......

I'm with Slymeat...... The winners out of this will be SBR, DJR and FPR who will inherit a bunch of former 888 fans.... But, for us....there's two more EX team Vodafone fans here........ Since the last few night runs have mostly been down south, I thought I might put one together for the Western Sydney members too..... I'm thinking...... Meeting at St. Marys- Kingswood?? Up towards Windsor and back through Winmalee to Valley Heights, back down the GW Hwy to Penrith, down through Wallacia through Rossmore and finish around Hoxton Park?...... What do you reckon? Its a long haul from Kirrawee to do a reccy and then back up for the run itself....but if it gets enough interest, I'll do it........

What time do you have to pick up the troops? By my reckoning, we should lob at the pie shop by around 11.00 or so.....even if it takes you an hour to get home.....you'd still be all tucked in by about midnight

I am so disgusted in the Australian news media...... The guy works for 8 years in F1 to get this win, breaks a leg and shoulder last year while running the Mark Webber Challenge (which he began to raise money for the underprivileged)..... The first Aussie since Alan Jones to win a Grand Prix ........ And he hardly rated a mention during TV news broadcasts more preoccupied with England sandbagging in the cricket, football injuries and bringing in shooters to protect the penguins A milestone event by an outstanding Australian sportsman......and they missed it......shame

When our XR8 was crashed, and it was declared a writeoff..... The Ins. Co. offered it back to me at 12k......my beater said they offered it to him for 10 and asked if I wanted it back for that.....which I didn't, so it went off to auction were a couple of guys paid 15k for it.

Wollongong to Sydney Route Those from the South will meet at Figtree Hungry Jacks. (Princes Hwy, Figtree) at 7.00pm *Depart 7.30pm –taking the freeway 10kms.up Mt. Ousley and turning left onto Picton Road. At 16kms., turn right onto the South Western freeway and follow 28kms to Camden Valley Way then turn right onto Hume Hwy. * At 6kms left turn at Warwick Farm onto Cumberland Hwy. Harry’s 1km on the right. *Should arrive to meet with Sydney members approx 8.00-8.30pm. Sydney to Wollongong Route *Depart Harry’s approx 9.30pm we take the same route back to the freeway at Casula. *Follow the freeway 70kms to Mittagong turnoff and onto the Old Hume highway which leads into Bowral Road and then Bong-Bong Road through the town centre. At 10kms, turn left into Kangaloon Road. At 8.5kms Kangloon Road leads into Sheepwash Road and at 5kms we turn left onto the Illawarra Highway to travel 13kms to the pie shop at Robertson and finish.
