Speaking of GT's I saw one outside my office in East Perth...a Blood Orange GTP, stripes and with the Shaker Bonnet scoop...gees it looked tough. Had private plates "GT 297". Wondering if he is a member..?

I got approx 35kw at the rears...with the generic tune and plug regap @ 10psi.

I reckon you can't go wrong with either choice...both very special cars.

Zed mate, Don't be fooled, it is a cunning marketing ploy, they will re-release it in a couple of years due to 'public pressure' at a greatly inflated price. Well just had my exhaust fitted with, SS induction, bmc filter and had the plugs regapped for the 10 psi generic tune. She drives fantastic and sounds and looks brilliant. Its a deeper note with no drone and a lovely burble at idle. For a family car (which my wife drives during weekdays) I am very happy with the results. My car ran 179 rkw in stock form (14.5 quarter mile in 36 degree day) and now runs 226 rkw...so for me that's a great improvement, as I think a low 13 is very possible now. Will take some snaps and post on forum shortly.

After these mods I plan taking her down to the plex too see what times I can achieve. If I get low to mid 13's I think I will leave her as is...but you just never know.

I personally think they are an icon of our motoring heritage (albeit from the enemy) and its certainly sad too see them stop production. They sure do have street cred in looks, style and performance.

Hi Guys This thread may have been done before but I cannot seem to find it. I am changing my exhaust this Thursday and will not be needing my current exhaust. A mate of mine (who owns a BA XT) wanted to know if the "T" exhaust will fit straight on his car....? Can anyone help..?

Just out of curiousity I was wondering if anyone of our WA members were working on a 11 second or possibly 10 second "T"/ Phoon or GT. I can't recall seeing or hearing from anyone in WA doing it. I know of a 11 second Phantom "T" in the Northern Suburbs but I don't think he is a forum member. Does anyone from here have a working project...?
