Well it’s official... after weighing in this morning I can officially say 3 things... 1. I haven’t weighed this little since I was 17 years old 2. I can deadlift more than my body weight 3. When I lat pull down and release my knees from the pad I get pulled upwards like a small child holding onto a spinning clothesline LOL1 point
