^^ Thanks mate, I thought I'd wait until today and just go up to the ford stealership up the road from home....Turns out that ford wants $53 each trade.....so I got some genuine ones from Norton Motor Group on ebay like your recommended. $210 + free shipping for a genuine set of 6. I mentioned the car was off the road while waiting for coils and he got back to me 30 mins later and said "no worries mate, I processed your order and I'll make sure they get shipped today with express post"2 points

Or can use some hose clamps around the rubbers, can lift it to exactly where you want that way.2 points

have no idea about what brand of clutch you have but many suppliers are rating clutches by power, this is a theoretical number but would be based on clamping pressure, not a number that means it is indestructible below that power level, anything can be broken if you try hard enough2 points

Oh I've got the top one - The small rectangle 'shiny' one. I thought it was the oil to air cooler... Sh*t... What do you guys suggest? Sell this one off and buy an oil to air? Or just stay with this due to the build quality? Ratter, for road applications and longevity what would you recommend? Thanks guys! *EDIT - Thanks Seaton *1 point

yeh will put up more, we have 3 Gopro's to go through haha was surprised I stayed with the GT, mine being manual im coming round the corner in third from 2000ish rpm with 3 blokes in the car and trust me if full throttle third it smokes them, so that waits till 4th haha But don't worry I got the chop chop too by some quick r32's... was actually my favourite race!!1 point

Finally got around to hooking up my oil pressure gauge. Used a earls/holley sandwich plate. Supplied threaded insert is designed for Z9 filter so had to get an aeroflow adapter and have it modified at the local machine shop. View from bottom View from top with filter Sits between 55-60 psi on cold start at idle. And in the 20's after a bit driving. Also dropped my rocker cover off to get some -10 bungs welded on for a catch can setup and took my 4 pot Brembos to Race Brakes Sydney to have some custom brackets made up to fit to the front. Custom brackets because they are off a 7 series BMW1 point

It's a tube and fin masda They flow more air to the rad then the bar and plates (what PW use) So it's probably a little better for cooling1 point

Fark me. That cooler is MASSIVE!!!!! The thickness is what knocked me back into my chair. holly molly you not going to have problems with heat soak at the drags now are you? Fingers crossed that you staff off boost on the way to the tuners. I am not sure when you taking the car to the tuners, but since you getting an xcal, you could ask him to get a basic tune for the car and program it before driving to the tuners? I am not sure how far off the tuners is or if it is even possible to get the xcal to you before hand, but just a thought. By the way, if you want to sell your stepped PW cooler, michael86 Is looking for one in the classifieds section.1 point

Ouch...I don't like hearing these stories. Best of luck mate and keep us posted with how it goes. I'd pull the radiator out either way mate, give you some more room to work and avoid the possibility of bumping it with the motor and damaging it.1 point

I recently upgraded from the old tube and fine to the current "big big" bar and plate. Difference is night and day. The tube and fine used to fall over very easy and did not cool down very well once heated up from a full throttle run. I probably wouldn't suggest the tube and fin cooler for anything over 14psi. The new "big big" bar and plate is awesome. Much more consistent and on 35+ degree days far out performs the older design. I'd highly recommend the newer intercooler to anyone at almost any power level.1 point
