Modded Garrett 12lb fits too Bit of mucking around but actually allot easier than I thought. Now with the front cover hosed straight to the actuator I have 13lb at 3500 rather than 22lb. With no preload only enough preload to not spin the gate and adding 15lb, this was how much it was opening before n Now with a bit over half a hole preload (10psi) the garret open this far with 15lb added3 points

So bit of an update. Done afew little bits and pieces. Firstly put in my ripshifter, here's a little photo instruction sequence incase anyone is installing one. This is where I got too. Until I went to put the stock gear stick back on and realized the holes that are in the ripshifter are threaded so the bolts that are attached to the gear stick wouldn't fit. Quick fix- ended up pulling apart the stock shifter and bolting the rod upside down onto the shifter so I could at least drive To solve the problem I ended up ordering a hurst 5" short gearstick to solid mount to the shifter and a TWM A6 leopard gear knob from the states. So I installed them as soon as they arrived. As you can see the stick is very short, the gear knob allows me to set it to whatever height I want, so I set it near the top so it wasn't down below the console but still gave me a super short throw. The solid mounted ripshifter made an insane difference, you can actually feel the gearbox now with zero movement or sloppiness. The only downside it that it transfers quite a lot of noise through from the gearbox and transmission which I don't care about but I can see how some people would. Also shifts so much faster, chirps 2,3&4 Secondly removed the tailgate badges and the side badges. Was super easy, just used a length of 20lb braid fishing line and slid it behind the badges. They basically fell of and then just rubbed whatever glue remained off with my finger. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/05/hamyhe6a.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/05/hu4y7ana.jpg Thirdly wrapped roof and bonnet trim. Didn't get any pics of wrapping purely because I was stressing out so hard the whole time didn't even think of it. Wrapping the roof was one of the harder things I've done, just trying to get over and right around the antenna was a nightmare. But got there in the end and I'm happy with the result. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/05/dysy8yre.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/05/ujybave7.jpg Next purchase is intercooler so that will be up soon! Hi everyone, one of my first posts. After selling my BA xr6 ute in mid December after getting my full license I was umming and arring wether to buy a second hand turbo ute or fork out for a new one. Eventually after many calculations and budgeting I decided I was going to get a new one! So off I go down to ford ready to buy a new manual mk2 xr6t ute in. Turned out not to be the case. Same old story of not having one in the country, however had one on the production line that hadn't been painted yet. So I jumped on the opportunity and put my deposit down. My order was a white manual mk2 xr6t ute with sports bar removed, 1 piece central locking hardlid and leather. Today, almost 3 months later, I picked it up! I'm absolutely stoked with it, considering I'm only 20 I'm as happy and a pig in sh#t. Apart from a slight issue with the central locking (will be heading back down tomorrow) After browsing around the forum for the last 3 months, reading everything you guys had to say and all the build threads, parts for the car I did not have started to slowly fill the garage; First thing was my wheels. I ordered 19x9.5 +22 varrstoen 2.2.2 all round With nitto nt05's Then PW 4inch intake and batt relocation Then matte black 3M vinyl wrap for bonnet and roof Then XYZ coilovers for front and booked in at heasman suspension and steering to get custom bilstein shocks and reset leafs for the rear as well as the front drilled for camber Last but not least a ripshifter and hurst short stick First thing I did when getting home from the dealership was remove those ugly mud spats. Didn't have time to start putting on anything else as I was too busy driving it haha, I will spend most of tomorrow on the car and will be sure to update this thread with picks and all my problems and achievements haha. After driving the car, engine mods are going to have to come sooner than I thought. Not as wild as I expected. So soon to come will be; PW stage 2 or 3 cooler (undecided) X-force 4inch mild exhaust Turbo ported and flapper (for now) Actuator ID1000 injectors And tune at autotune Hopefully all done by June. Hope you guys enjoyed the read, and I'm stoked to finally be part of the club! I'll keep this thread as a bit of a build diary and update it with all my mods and what I can and can't install haha. Cheers, beau.1 point

Yeh takes about 2L. I use a fully synthetic castrol SAF- XA or similar. Make sure its fully synthetic. The gears really shear the oil. With this oil, no additive is needed. Use one of these to help get the oil in1 point

As usual, she has take a million pics, so when she gets home and downloads them, I will pick some out. She has never been to Mallala before, so is very impressed with it all. She ended up getting her car in one of the display areas,so shes stoked. Not a Ford though, its a VZ Clubby.1 point

Your kit should come with instructions, but the answer is yes, you need to drill depending on the kit, I had to drill 3 holes from memory. The power leads connected to to the starter and bridge across to the fuse box, via cables supplied with your preffered kit.1 point

no mid 200's 50mm The pipe is capped it doesn't receive gas flow from the exhaust. It asks as a resonance chamber. The pipe remains cool to the touch as exhaust gas doesn't flow into it,only sound pressure waves.1 point

Over priced gauge??? most gauges are overpriced, but I think tis gauge is pretty vital if using different fuels so you at least know the ethanol content of the fuel in the tank and either take it real easy or load a tune to suit. The sensors appear accurate, the problem is Zeotronix changed the sensor that they were using, I appears there is a difference in output between the two types but consistent between sensors of the same style, the newer style appears to show a lower ethanol reading compared to the earlier style sensor which always showed United E85 as between 83-85%1 point
-
that is correct and why reading lambda is more accurate, especially if there is any doubt about the ethanol content or changing ethanol content In my section I have a post called AFR Vs Lambda Readings, it might help explain things1 point

So come end of the year only xbox ones will be made. Might be best just to buy the xbox one save money having to upgrade late to a bigger GB.1 point

I would suggest to cycle it, as your body makes it naturally and if you're consistently taking it, it can decrease your bodies natural stores. As for loading, it depends on the quality of the creatine. Better ones, there's no need to load.1 point
