I've also spoken to him about my intentions and he's happy for me to provide this information.Products:Front Grill - $ 65 (fitted in Geelong) or $75 (shipped AU wide with instructions) - Allow for about 1 hour for installation although realistically I think it took him about 30 mins.- Photos attached with Grill installed on Michael's new Vixen XR8 ute (sexy) and also my XR6T with the XR logo (sexier! ) ('XR8 Grill.jpg', 'XR8 Grill n FPV logo.jpg' & 'XR6T Grill n XR Logo'.jpg) XR6 / XR8 Logo - $28 (optional - see logos.jpg) FPV Logo - $35 (optional - see logos.jpg)- These Logo's are simply the stickers that you find on the side skirts of your car, they are the proper stickers from Ford and they are adhered directly to the mesh.Contact:Michael (mcgrixti@iprimus.com.au )(Please do not post his phone numbers on here ppls, he will provide it to you if/when you contact him)PERSONAL EXPERIENCE -A few ppl on here are already happily motoring away with this grill, I had mine fitted a couple of nights ago by Michael (I live in Geelong so it's certainly not difficult to have it installed) and he was very precise with the installation. It was obvious he takes pride in doing this small thing for fellow Ford fantatics and I'm very happy with the job.As you can see I only put the XR on the grill as I personally agreed with Michael that it looked a bit cluttered with the full XR6 on. It is the same sticker as that on the side of our beasts, so I'll need to take a little care when washing to ensure the edges don't get lifted.I went back to my G/Fs house who's father and brother both own an XR8 ute and sedan between them and they both started drooling I hope this provides you with plenty of details if you're looking for a reasonably priced, good quality grill to stop those bugs and stones attacking your Intercooler. Guest rabbit Guests Posted 07/01/04 01:15 AM Share Posted 07/01/04 01:15 AM Great idea. I already have the Herrod grill with 'Herrod' laser cut into the grill. I am interested in getting just the 'XR' logo. What are the dimensions of the logo as I want to be sure it will cover up all (or most) of the Herrod logo in the grill? Thanks. Keep in mind ppls, that you want to minimise the surface area taken up by the stickers.. after all the the XR6T does have an intercooler that needs some air flowing into it...Cheers,MiyagiEDIT - I'm only posting what I know, I assume Michael would be happy to answer your queries via the email addy as above.... might be a good idea to have a small back plate for a sticker welded onto the mesh...
