Hey guys, as the thread title says, when I was changing my spark plugs, a number of the little rubbers fell off, and at the time I didn't think anything of it.

In another thread, I read that the rocker cover garnish holds the coils in... but without my rubbers, does that mean my coils aren't being held in properly?

I'm thinking of buying a new set of coils anyway... do they come with the rubbers? Or do I have to buy them seperately?

Any help would be great!

Well I've noticed at high boost/revs the car flutters like hell and it drives me nuts...

Maybe the high pressure is pushing the coil out coz there's no rubber there???

the rubber holds the coil to the plug, I nwould say that the coil has come loose and under high load the spark is tracking and not getting to the plug.

also the coil need to touch the top of the rocker cover to disapate heat to if it is sitting high it will over heat

so maybe the coil is not stuffer.

get new rubbers and c how ya go mate.

but u may be up for coils 2
