Because of this, Converting to Dualzone is easy.I purchased this Dualzone Facia from EBAY, It is the plastic and buttons only, there was no screen, no cd stacker and no BEM. I am using my own.http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Here is my ICC as removed from vehiclehttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Removed the CD Stacker / Radio module from Facia. As you can see, the buttons plug into the Screen.http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Here is the CD Stacker / Radio module, as well as my "GREEN" (cream coloured) BEMhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Seats and Center Console removed (Handbrake needs to be removed to remove Center console, refitted so car doesnt roll away overnight)http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Dash Removed, Heaterbox opened, and My HIM Removed (Thanks DICO for helping remove dash!!)http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1HIM removedhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Comparison of the Single Zone shaft removed(held in hand), vs the Dual zone half shafts installedhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Dual half shafts installedhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Drivers side view at secondary shaft, awaiting install of Actuator/Motorhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Drivers side Actuator/Motor installedhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Dualzone Programmed HIM installed(Light Blue coloured thing) and wiring harness for secondary actuator/motor plugged into himhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Drivers side view of Closed airbox and actuator/motor (I think the wiring loom could have gone behind the top ducts. nevermind)http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Dash Installed againhttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1http://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Completehttp://www.dannyshosting.com/gallery/main...._serialNumber=1Now for the Technical Details on what was done. With the Dual Zone Facia Bolted to my ICC's Screen, CD Stacker/Radio Module, and BEM. I needed to take the unit down to ASL Logistics and get the unit Reset to Dual Zone (weather it be a configuration option, or a Reflash of firmware, Im unsure). My BEM Module did NOT need to be replaced or reprogrammed, All my keys and Keyfobs work as normal (Althought, the CTS(cabin temp sensor) Calibration value needs to be entered into the BEM as the sensor behind the little grill to the right of the screen plugs into the BEM). I do not need this done, however, I've been told the BEM will be throwing codes about the CTS calibration value not programmed.Because my car is a BA Mk2, I already have the sun load sensor on the dash, and auto option on my headlights. Nothing needs to be done here.In Summery, To install the Dual Zone, I purchased the following ItemsLHF Door Mirror (with tempreture sensor) - Brand New from FordDual Zone programmed HIM - FTG Auto SalvageDual Zone Half Shafts - FTG Auto SalvageDrivers side Actuator/Motor and Loom - FTG Auto SalvagePassinger Door Loom (need extra wires for Tempreture sensor in Mirror) - FTG Auto SalvageMy Premium Sound ICC need to be reprogrammed/configured/reset by ASL Logistics to Dual ZoneI could have used my own HIM, but this would have required a drive to ford, and them to reprogram my HIM to dual zone.Sorry I didnt embed the images, but the forum didnt like the "non picture" URL that Gallery uses.
