The front of my bumper is a bit saggy... At the point where the bumper and gaurd meet on the side of the car, there is a gap due to it saggin... Ive replaced the 2 black bumper mounts/clips on the sides of the car. And have tried to attach the stone tray so that it pushed it back up...

But no luck, the bumper been cased out a few times. Im starting to think the bumper is at fault???

Any ideas

There are 2 black plastic clip assy's on either side of the bumper, just under where the gaurd meets the bumper. Ive replaced mine, but still saggy.....

Ive heard of people putting a couple of screws through the bumper somewhere (maybe in the holes behind the licence plates?) which go into the body somewhere and this holds the bumper up nice and proper. Cant be more specific though :(

There was a thread on this about 12 months ago. Can't find it but,,,looking in the lower part of the grill, at the edges of the black plastic part under the number plate, just behind there are 2 bolts. You can drill a small plate about 50mm long and mount onto the bolts with the plate protruding onto the black plastic part. This will hold/lift the bumper back to original position.

Sorry I've explained it a bit vague, but I just got home and it's pouring rain and dark.

There are definately some pics on here of someone that's done it.

I asked my local smash repairer about it last year and he said they all get it and cant be fixed. I got over it, but the gap does get mighty big over time.

You probably could mount to this section across the front, but be aware that there is plastic that mounts to it and sits in behind the bar. I guess its there for low speed accidents?
