I was a tad concerned so i though i have a quick look before getting on the phone to Mal and i found two obvious problems....1. The clutch fluid was Sh*t i had gone black and didnt smell to good. I used cheapo BP brake and cluth fluid as it was all i had when i fitted the box. Flushed and bleed it with some good PBR fluid....Instant 100% improvemt for $8 and 15 minutes work2. I pulled the surround off from around the gear stick and to my surpise found that the gear stick had a lot of movemnt where it bolts onto the box. I got out a 13mm spanner and got a good 5 turns out of the bottom bolt and about 2 on the top one before they where tight. I think the rubber damper/cusion plate assembly had taken set and compressed slightly from the heat of the box. Once again 100% better than before.... So im wrapped the box is shifting better than new and all my dramas where due to simple little issues that anybody could sort out....

Maybe ask Mal Woods what he recommends..just dont use crappy year old fluid.... ....i should slap myself.....
