For those intrested I've put together a little guide!!!! ... All Plumbing (Except for headlight tract), silcone hoses, H/D clamps, Backets and minimal cutting (honest) ...P.S.... I/C and Plumbing come in polished alloy, I got my end tanks and plumbing powder coated and the cores and fins are sprayed with GMH black (powder coating restricts air flow) to retain the orignal look!!!!!! (keeps the boys in Blue away) .. Remove front bar, RHS light and factory I/C and plumbing battery and box..Close UpFit the first pipe from the Throttle Body Tract to Headlight tract, P.S lube the inside of the hoses with drop of WD 40 it makes fitting alot easier ( do not tighten any clamps just loose fit )fit the S type pipe to the tubro from underneath and the remaining long piece... other viewRemove The Thermo AssY>>>> 2 10MM Bolt @ the top and slide up & out*****Before you do this inspect shaving points on Thermo fan housing by butting the plumbing up against it before you remove it from the car.. Left thermo shave (pic is a guide).. Right Thermo shave... Got trigger happy with the grinder and cut 30mm to much on the bottom side of the rimm of the housing have a good look b4 you shave and dont touch the fan blades it will stuff its balance up...Here is the only peice of metal that was cut and it dosn't need to be for those not wanting to cut, its gives the silicon hose good clearance when it is cut, Its a stud and nut on a metal plate that protrudes off the lower radiator support....... that supports the A/C hose has no other funtion, rotate the A/C bracket 45* up and remove the screw and replace with nut and bolt and fasten the hose to it... Fit cooler But put top bracket on firstFit last Pipe and hosing..Fit remaining Brackets Trim to correct length ,had to re-drill LHS bracket to match factory mounting point,Screw oil cooler back in against supplied brackets use washer's to space accordingly Tighten all loose bits and HOPE 4 THE BEST..dont forget the HoRN you can put one on either side just cut a longer wire to link themfinal picThanks Lloyd for your help..Took us 8 hours, 4hr work 4hrs drinking and fartarsing around...will 2.5 if there is a next time...
